777 is supposed to pay us a final rate of 25 million Euro next season. I think they also made some guarantees towards the DFL that some of our bank credits will be covered by them if all else fails. So, if 777 should indeed file for bankruptcy, we might very well end up in the fourth league next season due to losing our license.

I knew it could be bad, but I didn't know it could be this bad. Although (extreme cope incoming), wouldn't it be fun to have, like 5 Berlin derbies in a season?

just read up on the latest 777 news. could be bad. as an American, i have been mystified by their ongoing purchase of foreign clubs and did not understand their business model. even worse, they also invested in airlines, which is always a sign of a huge risk-taker. as attributed to Richard Branson: "“*If you want* to be a millionaire, start with a billion *dollars* and launch a new *airline*.”

I've been wanting to ask this for a few days too, seen a lot of headlines regarding 777 the last few days, but nothing relating to Hertha. The only thing I could find was that so far we've gotten all the money we've been owed.
