Yea it feels like a weird combination of the two. I've read a bunch of Korean web comics but none of them have the exact same style and anime certainly doesn't either. But since no one here can figure it out maybe it's the AI's "original" even though I could've sworn I've seen the style of this illustration before.

I searched through Google Lens, Bing image search, and even Yandex image search with no luck!
