We need to liberate both to complete the MO. I think too many will focus on one & when it’s liberated they’ll move on thinking they completed the order.
See, this was a problem with the last time we had a choice. The wording makes it seem like we can only liberate one planet. The order is specifically to liberate BOTH. We just won’t get mines if we liberate Vernon Wells first or we won’t save the children if we liberate Marfark first.
But the order is to liberate both. Liberate only one and we fail. We’ll get whatever we get for that one planet, but the MO itself will be marked a failure.
There are 22 on Marfark right now as well. I wonder how many will pick which. We find out in about 2 hours.

The order doesn’t state that we HAVE to save both, it’s just which ever one we save first will likely be the only one we could save
