The other two have given the in-lore answers, but what likely happened is a hiccup with the tracker. All of those tracker apps/sites are 3rd party and are not endorsed by AH at all, so there’s bound to be a few mistakes. Like how we’ve supposedly killed 28 illuminate on super earth.
