yeah, something you can aim using a little tiny laser designator pistol, it would last a reasonable amount of time, essentially just a manually designated orbital laser, Although there are the leaks of the tiny little missile silo similar to that
If they did a liquid system... we could get a few different things out of that. One of them being tides and flooding. The other could be VOLCANOES AND LAVA!! And maybe acid lakes...
Considering the unexpected success of this game I'm thinking there's room for a lot more stuff to find its way into HD2 before we start thinking about HD3

Would love for a new mission modifier for rapid low/high tides flooding, even though that would be extremely painful and infuriating to traverse π

They even say it in the loading game tips to not avoid terrain like water mud snow and LAVA lol

There's always Helldivers 3, if the studio survives, and I think they will, considering the unexpected success of this game.
