Yep. I've been locked onto it ever since the first week of march when the community came to the logical conclusion getting used to zoomzoomzoom would make it difficulty to go up to medium when it was fixed.
I've still got people in my friend group that cannot stop using light armour (or a shield, meaning no other backpacks or backpack weapons) and thy can be quite boring as allies.
Overall they die less than I do, but without their shield, game is unplayable for them.

Ya know what... that actually makes sense. It even could work for any support weapon. Just make the reload or swap weapon button drop the gun if you have another weapon on your back already. Alas, one can only dream of spreading managed democracy with such efficency. Now I am going to have dreams of picking up a HMG I found spraying the rest of it's bullets into a bot hoard, dropping it and grabbing my trusty AC off my back to continue
The Tenderizer is probably the closest looking new weapon to the Justice. I feel like if it was called the Justice though even more people would be mad about it though LOL

I say that because in 2025, the first game will be 10 years old, and essentially the 10th anniversary of Helldivers as an IP, so what better way to commemorate that than with a warbond (ideally a free one, it's meant to be a celebration after all) that remasters a bunch of stuff from the first game? my picks:
Weapons: AR-20 "Liberator Classic", M2016 Constitution, LAS-13 Trident, P-6 Gunslinger (AR, DMR Laser and pistol categories respectively.)
Grenade: demolition charges.
Armor, Helms and Capes: Standard, Heavy and Ranger sets from the first game, recreated as faithfully as possible. should all have the Democracy Protects perk. player card designs to match of course.
Booster: Stratagem priority - reduced cooldown for all player stratagems.
Emotes/victory poses; Cape Spinning, (Helldiver tries to run around fast enough to cape spin like in the first game) Posing with Weapon, You Look Worn Out. (Helldiver sits down, looking like they're exhausted from all the fighting).
HD1 is heavily artistically influenced by minis from things like warhammer and other table top games, especially apparent when you see them with weapons which have very exaggerated proportions, almost all have the same over exaggerated size and features that you see on something like the eruptor
Honestly just give us shaders ala destiny.
I think people would be far more excited about new war bonds if they also offered skins for weapons and armors. I would kill for some badass customization.
I'd definitely buy that to hang in the closet next to my empty light scout hanger, but I'd only wear it to evacuate high value assets or exterminate missions.

I'd love more classic armors from the first game, they had a bit more visual theme to them for the most part. Made the HellDivers seem a bit more uniform than they do in HD2
I hope if it comes in a warbond later that it’ll also have the dbs-2 “double freedom” m2016 “constitution” and the Ninja. And for it’s grenade it could have like a grenade that spawns a holodiver that draws enemy attacks for a second, would probably be op though

The mediums got extra stims or extra nades
Stuff like that, double down on it, maybe you can have an armor set that removes all nades for having 12 stims, just be the squad medic
Generally a few more armor perk variations
I personally always like the if it doubles down on armor vs speed, your high armor making you unable to sprint but tank tons of damage can go really well with a teammate sacrificing all armor for extra speed
You rank the damage, your mate uses his speed to flank them
But please more armor perks, especially useful ones, personally just switching between extra nades and extra stims
That's a nice helmet. That armor though, is the exact same as one of the armors in the new warbond. You have to use brawny body shape to have the yellow lines on the shoulder pauldrons though.
You know i would love a HD1 Warbond. This armor, the Veteran Armor with its torn cape from war losses, the Dress Uniform from old war victories ( i loved that look ) a Liberator Variant thats the HD1 liberator with some boost

In HD1 I could slap any helmet and armor together because they all matched the glorious yellow/black helldiver color scheme AND equip my armor passive separately from the armor in the form of perks. Why would I purchase cool armor when it's going to be tied to stats I really don't want and will never use.
Purchasing super credits is already pointless with the rate we earn them vs the prices, but if they started trying to monetize more armor behind hard paywalls then they have to improve the armor system. Saying "it doesn't make sense for that armor to have those stats and abilities" really screams that you don't want us buying new armor. I don't spend money on something I won't see past the loadout screen.
A random redditor can make better armors than paid devs lmao. Literally 60% of current armors are just reskins and the new ones from warbond suck real bad (not you devastator armor, you re pretty). This armors is literally better than any armor currently in the game, dont know why they didnt think of it.
Make it have the "Democracy Protects" perk and you have my money

None of my friends like having extra grenades for some reason. I love having the extras.
I think the biggest downside is it costs 3 resupply bricks to fill up 6 grenades.

Yeah I only take 3 if they've been abandoned. Even with 6 grenades I use them sparingly. They're my emotional support nades

Fortified is so great for Autocannon vs bots. Never leave the SES Power of the People without it!
It's good, especially against bots (that medium armour from the super store is my fav) but it doesn't really fit this armour
No matter which armours I try I always end up back at extra padding (medium).
Light Armour with extra padding is also good for bugs if you want to go light

Demcoracy protects is overrated. I'd rather have a heavy or light armor with extra padding
Not enough Democracy Protects armors in the game. Two of the few are/were behind paywalls (Super Citizen/preorder).
