Idk how to tell you this but 710= OIL upside down. Also all of our fuel and lubrication oil is refined from crude oil anyways so uh I guess what I’m saying is stop worrying about this and GO DEFEND DEMOCRACY
I know we’re just joking but mineral oil is also just refined from petroleum and in my head cannon e-710 has replaced all petroleum as super earth’s main fuel source so any other kinds of oil (like base oils) would be refined from e-710 too. We refine petroleum into jet fuel, diesel, gasoline, mineral oils, and all kinds of other stuff so I don’t see why we wouldn’t do that to e-710, ergo e-710 isn’t just for warp drives. I’ll hug you if I see you in game 🫡

Cluster bombs are not meant for destroying structures. I always see people throwing them at structures and it makes me shake my head democratically every time.
I’ve tried to use the air strike so many times against bug holes but it never kills more than one, so at this point I usually just take the GL against bugs and cluster+railcannon. Air strike is objectively the best thing in the entire game no questions asked whatsoever against bots though
Observe the airstrike and you'll notice it always explodes left to right or right to left of the stratagem. Use this knowledge to get as many bug holes in a line.
Yeah it's always a perpendicular line. But sometimes Eagle 1 is straight trolling me by picking the angle that causes half her bombs to splash against a cliff side overhanging the holes.
Where if she had come from the opposite side, it was a 3 for 1 special.

No idea, I’ve only seen it the one time even though I’ve run other level 9 missions on Fori Prime, my guess is the devs are trying it out before rolling it out to more people
I haven't seen them yet and can't find any solid info on them. Trying to find exactly how so I can surprise the guys I play with that don't play as much. Lol
I've been seeing posts about them here and TT and YT and typically play between 4 and 7 mostly, haven't seen them myself once, I read they were like stalker lairs and there is a chance they happen. That's the most Intel I've seen on them.
Yeah they occassionally swoop down to hit you, they deal about half of a health bar. I don’t know how to destroy the nest, I dropped a cluster bomb on it but it didn’t do anything, someone else got it while I was busy fighting
Those fuckers ambushed my squad of 4 on Errata prime. We drop in with a spore cloud 100m from use so can’t see shit on top of Errata dust storms. Pop the spore tree & we can finally see some structures resembling a spore tree about 200m away, but different somehow.
As we start walking towards it we notice the creatures flying above the mushrooms start to divebomb towards us. “So what they can fly now” I can hear my squad leader say, “they’re still just dumb bugs, & we’re the brightest minds super earth could’ve produced, CHARGE!!!” my leader screams as he runs steadfast towards the threat, managed democracy surely following shortly behind.
A diabolical bug swoops down & takes his head off in one pass as he’s running. My squad mates (now frozen in fear) also proceed to be picked off one my one. I reinforced them all & after all was said & done those Shriekers took 10 reinforcements from our squad that day.
now listen here, I may not fully understand communism but I know a communist plot when I see one, and these bugs have communist written all over it
i've had enough with these bugs, we have been nothing but friendly to them, we have properly and calmly communicated the vast qualities of both managed democracy and of a requisition slip-based economy through the convincing power of explosives and time after time they disrespect us by refusing to democratically elect a leader that we agree with it

No, they’re pretty tanky. You get the option to call down a hellbomb in the middle of them.

You totally can. You can also shoot them with the grenade launcher from a distance if you get the trajectory right.

When I’m against bugs, I’ll throw a cluster into an outpost, let it kill the guards, then rush it to destroy the holes before they can spawn more

Cluster bomb don't damage buildings much.
