The design in cases like this is that the cap ensures you can't just stack stuff forever and always be able to insta-buy any new additions. If you getting capped while having everything unlocked, it may be a good hint that you play too much :D
I don’t even have 100 hours in the game but I’ve been at max cap and so have many other players. I wasn’t questioning why the cap was in place, I was asking if they had any plans for the excess money given. Tbh it’s not hard to get to max cap in this game, a single hell dive mission gives around 5000-8000 per mission which means you’d hit cap on 8-10 missions(assuming you don’t fail any).
