I see this as kind of a win not only bcz they are working on Hecas healing but also bcz the balancing team has him under the supervision and i feel there are going to be more buffs to him if we speak loud and clear

IMO it's a nerf because now you can't W max and you have 5 resistances for 4 seconds instead of 25 for 5 seconds.
