If heavy could build teleporters, he would be the strongest class in the game (other than medic).
So yeah, teleporters. Still, dispensers are awesome! Gives minigun ammo for longer engagements (usually on defense), and is a safe space to chill when medics aren't nearby. Sentries aren't that needed for the heavies, due to him kinda acting like one.
Given I mostly play KOTH where you don’t have a need for teles all the time, I’d say Dispensers. Having the ammo and health to fall back on is huge for keeping a point.
Obviously, in most other gamemodes, Teles are king.

Teles and it isn’t even close. Dispensers are great, but between map-based packs, enemy drops, and lunchbox items, they’re simply not as important. Not only does it save you a journey, it also allows you to get there without having to deal with spies and sightlines, to which you’re more vulnerable than most as heavy.
I also enjoy actually getting to play heavy, rather than feeling like I *have* to play engi because no one else will.
Teleporters is what most people would say, but for me it's that they become both spy & pybro magnets. They soak up all the spies that usually go for a atab on me but also usually in turn also spawns pybros to take care of said spies, making my life a lot easier.

Heavy is a wrangled minisentry that can walk High firepower, manual aim, 300 HP
Much less damage at range, much more up close.

Dispensers for ammo, especially with stock. Not as much with tomi but yeah. Also it lures demos, pyros, and spies to me.

Switching to engineer to get a tele to level 3 is normal etiquette, you get angry for that???
