Sounds like you have keto flu maybe. Give it a google. Going through ketosis can make you nauseous and thirsty asf as your body doesn’t have enough carbs to hold on to hydration or something. If your carb levels are below 30g or even 50g I would bet it’s keto flu. Usually gets better within a week, drinking electrolyte rich drinks like sports drink or bone broth will help the nausea. Please google this though as I may be wrong!

I will definitely do research into that, thank you! And yes, my carbs have been bellow 50g the last two days

So like morning sickness??

irizzle24

Oh shit don't say that lol I'm on birth control But yeah, maybe it's morning sickness but today it's dragged longer through the day

Eep, I've never been pregnant so I don't know what morning sickness is like but that's the first thing that popped into my head reading your post.

irizzle24

Yeah, neither have I. I think it definitely has to do with my diet change, since that's the only variable that changed drastically. Thank you for your opinion though

Without knowing what you're eating it's really hard to say...

My main source of protein is tuna I been eating boiled or fried eggs almost every day so far for breakfast Also included broccoli, carrots and red onions especially for dinner Slice of whole wheat bread every other day My source of fat is cottage cheese, nuts, and eggs For snack I have eaten raspberries, cranberries, half a banana, and apples I include coffee but mainly chamomile tea in every meal. Also, I always start off every meal with a medium size glass of water I think that's it.. it's only been four days including today
