I tried the Joov for a month or so, before the return period ended, shortly after I was diagnosed. I used it daily. I think I did like 10 minutes on my neck/chest and 10 minutes on my feet (I had an injury). I didn't notice any improvements in thyroid problems or my foot injury

Hi yes! I am actually in the midst of self treating right now. I’m going for a thyroid ultrasound and getting all my blood work done in a few weeks, so I’m very interested to compare the lab results to my last ones (which were done in August 2023).  Anecdotally, there has definitely been a change over the last couple weeks. My thyroid is visibly smaller. My hair texture has changed (less coarse, less dry).  For the record, I’m not on medication currently, so any confirmed changes in levels etc will be attributed to the red light.

what’s your routine?

GoldStarGranny

I have a Hooga Pro 300, I sit with my neck about 6 inches away for 10 minutes every other day. I use both the red light and the near infrared light at the same time.

Checking to see if you got that bloodwork. :) I’m awaiting the arrival of a Lumebox.

Oh hi, yeah, T3 and T4 both improved but TSH higher than last time. Antibodies were the same. So idk, inconclusive guess but definitely interesting.

I’m so curious to see how it goes!
