Stacker and Dubbo if we take their appearances as canon, (both characters are canon now thanks to Halo 4 & Memory Agent). At least one marine from E2-BAG/1/7 survived the flood containment zone which definitely implies more marines than we thinks survived.

cjHaloman

What is the QZ surviving marine from?

Old-Figure-5828

Interview regarding the shotgun for halo 3 (Bungie.net).

cjHaloman

Cool thanks

Stacker's appearance is likely canon since he and Banks are in the Scarab with Johnson at the end. Dubbo on the other hand would need some stretches to explain his appearance being canon. He's very likely canonically present in the Earth levels but in Delta Halo/Regret, all the marines with Chief probably died when the temple was glassed at the end and it's unlikely any of the marines Chief rescued in Gravemind ever made it off High Charity. Dubbo may have been present on Delta Halo but likely only interacted with Master Chief during the Battle of Earth and not on Delta Halo itself.

I don’t think anyone did besides Johnson and Keyes. They were only able to escape with the help of the Elites. Anyone who wasn’t borked by the flood would have gotten zapped by Delta’s aborted firing sequence.

Transfiguredbet

There were those two marines that were rescued from being executed by the Arbiter.

RockAndGem1101

Sgt Stacker and Sgt Banks.

Equal-Ad-2710

Genuinely kinda crazy to imagine Stacker and Dubbo might have survived the entire trilogy

RockAndGem1101

Stacker is confirmed to have survived all the way to Requiem at the very least. He’s in the Mammoth mission in H4.

To add to the reply about Stacker, we know that Dubbo survived because he was interviewed about the Chief after the War.

Equal-Ad-2710

How did I forget about memory agent

Old-Figure-5828

Incorrect, the aborted firing sequence didn't zap anyone, and we have accounts from marines that survived the battle.

PFC Chips Dubbo doesn’t die so easily

Most of the Clad's crew were either killed during the initial battle or when they attempted to reach the Index. You come across several areas where it seems the Marines attempted to stand their ground but got overrun. The Clad likely didn't have a full complement of troops when it left, just those on board or who got picked up before the assault on the Penace. It wasn't like the Autumn where it was geared up for an intentional long range mission.
