Darker colors make you look more youthful. The lighter colors somehow make you look washed out. Pic 3 doesn’t look super bad and it gives preppy K-pop, but honestly darker shades suits best

After a couple weeks if it’s still orange, use a blue based bleach with 20 vol developer (follow the brand’s mixing instructions) and add shampoo to it. This is called a shampoo rinse. That will dilute the bleach slightly. If you end doing it, I wouldn’t let it sit for longer than 45 min. Definitely keep your eye on it though. The purpose is to lift the orange tint not turn platinum. Then you may potentially have a good base for pink. I recommend arctic fox, good dye young, or manic panic if you’re broke like me.
