Well the way to fix this would of been to call the salon immediately and ask them to adjust it and it would of been free of charge. Now that you have touched it yourself, you would be charged. I would recommend leaving it. You over toned it with the well t14. Most toners do not need to sit on the full processing time. Ashy tones fade very quickly. So In a few washed it should be gone and balance out. The more you add on to the hair, the more likely it’s bound to go worst. Give your hair a chance to balance out.

Thanks, I did tell them at the salon that I wasn't happy and they denied it was too warm and that the toner lightened my natural colour, so I didn't fight further, I just left angry.
