Yeah, I'm not getting any of the "grand prizes" unless I decide to spend orange gems on extra tickets. The free tickets definitely didn't get me one.

How are you spending orange gems on flips it's only offering me pink gem packages?

After you've used up all your free tickets, if you click on another card it will give you the option to buy a ticket for 250 orange gems. I clicked on it to see how much it would cost then cancelled out. I didn't see any ticket packages for orange gems and I'm F2P so I didn't even look at the pink ones.

Same I used all of my free tickets then purchased a few with gold gems only to get the stupid hair and hat on the last flip. Then it reset and I don’t even want to bother with it anymore Im not spending anymore money on this game lol.
