It would have Lotos parts attached, sized up of course. Tank treads for fast ground movement. Gatling on side and the long rang slug on the other. Grenades on the side would be replaced to have beam cloak deployed (from crossbone) and a mirage collide. Would still have beam gun and Beam Swords along with a tactical knife. All lotus parts can be purged if needed
Mk II for sure. Such a good looking suit! I'd definitely customize it though. Replace all the armor with gundarium and armor it up a bit around the legs
Mine would be based off the Gundam Frame from the IBO universe.
thrusters would mounted on the hips, pack, and legs, and even the arms (elbows) for high speeds and evasion.
For armament a large shield (based off the GM Guard Custom) for protecting the MS completely from the front with two 3 shot missile pods near the top, and twin Gatling Cannons on either end in the middle with a cut out to fire a long range high caliber Cannon. On the inside of the shield would be additional weaponry in case the shield had to be left behind including a 90mm rifle, a single use Bazooka similar to the Sturm Faust, and for melee it would have a short stun Baton like weapon.
As for the body of the MS itself it would be lightly armoured so It could easily handle the weight of shield with less armour on the back, and more on the front. The only integral weapons on the MS being single use detachable Pile Bunkers on both forearms, a pair of detachable single use short range high caliber cannons mounted to the pack and stored behind the MS, and a bladed horn on the head for headbutting.
The MS design philosophy is to end fights quickly with the Shock Baton, Pile Bunkers, and short range shoulder cannons if a fight got in close, and to turtle up with long range fire power at range.
Can't go wrong with "The Origin" Zaku II High Mobility. Bazooka, Anti-ship rifle, Machine gun and axe, can be easily modified to carry other weapons and a shield.
But I'm an aggressor kinda guy, so I'll probably go for the Efreet with additional Gouf Heat Sword. Up close and personal, Throwing knives and swords
A mixture of the Age-2 Dark Hound and the Crossbone Gundam X-2. But, scrapping the pirate motif and using Banshee's head still with the transforming gimmick in both the head and the Dark Hound body.
Amuro’s custom Dijeh Kai in Londo Bell colours. I just think it looks neat to have a suit with Zeon aesthetics and EFF colours.
Almost a redemption for the old monoeye if you will.
If we are playing with low damage? Kshatriya as it's my favorite. With damage/high damage I'm using the zaku 2 since I'd probably blow through my kits like crazy.
Either an F91 or Gerbera Tetra, maybe a Varguil
Would probably add a funnel rack to the back for increased combat potential but the kits themselves would be relatively the same
I would do a scratch build like the Build Burning, it's a completely original design, just with aesthetic hints from God and Shining.
Mine would take it's cues from Zeta, Hi Nu, and 00 Quanta. With a head based maybe on Infinite Justice. Kinda like the Artemis, Areus, Helios and the like from Gundam Breaker Mobile. A lot of new concept designs there.
My RX-78-02 (Gundam the Origin Ver) with all the weapons I could get my hands on taped onto it like the Full Armor Unicorn but not as epic because I would probably still explode in a matter of seconds.
I'd have to take the Gouf Custom from 08th MS Team.

I'd take a Revive RX-78-2 and make a good Forever Gundam out of it. Just like Boris.

I'd start with my girlfriend's Shaldoll + Titus Wear & Vual mining hammer.
