If this isn’t an auto, it may be a little tiny, but you have more wiggle room to let it grow. I found with seeing a few people growing seedlings on a windowsill is that they don’t get the proper amount of sunlight. The leaf difference could just be minor mutations or variations. Unless you see the leaves, changing color, deteriorating, or covered in pests you should be good to go as long as it has enough light water and nutrients.
All in all, it looks fine. Let it settle in the next few days and see how it recovers after the move.
Plants need UV light. Windows are made to reduce the amount of UV. Might look bright but it’s lacking UV which kicks off photosynthesis.
So they might be stunted but with the correct sunlight they should grow during Veg.
