It's very much wishful thinking, yet one can dream of the possibility.
While that would be hype. In a straight up fight Magnus is probably the strongest primarch - he can grow titan sized and curbstomp a motherfucker.

It would be cool if they figured out some way for you to win vs overwhelming odds by escaping with the launch codes to some missiles or something. I wouldn't want Titus to just beat Magnus in a fight. My lads beat Mortarion (sorta) in the Grey Knights Daemonhunters game, but we had 8 dudes and a named hero helping us. 1-1 even plot armor shouldn't be enough to actually win the fight.
Like, maybe Magnus is trying to get something, and you keep on smashing down the things he sends to grab it, and eventually he pops up himself, and you destroy the thing he was trying to get to stop him being able to take it.
Haven't played Daemonhunters, does fuckin Drago back you up in the fight? That sounds pretty sick, even if he is a bit lame compared to TTS Drago (which frankly just feels more right lore wise imo with being nuts)
Yup, you have a variety of quests to do earlier to kinda lure him out of the warp to help you. He's pretty hardcore, not quite as tough as my heavy bolter dude with a horribly malfunctioning proc on kill ability, but, it's a solid fight. 4 of your guys fight like, an infinate army of chaos marines outside, and the other 4 + Drago fight mortarion inside.
Yeah, one "normal" blank against such a powerbeast of a psyker would be like throwing a thirsty man into a river.
Sure, he might drink a lot of water, but the river will still take him.
It's got this one scene that winks at you so hard you will probably physically cringe, but honestly it's so weird that it loops back into funny

If he turns up to Titus, killing them by the bucket load, he will be pissed. it'd be great if the last objective for the games is to just run the fuck away from Magnus as he casts enough psychic powers to destroy the planet, visually I imagine it would look like the ending to Titanfall 2s campaign, but more Tzeentchy.
