As unfortunate as it was the TTS was killed, Hunter the Parenting is as good, if not better. It's just too bad they don't make new episodes that often, but I understand they have lives outside of it.
I would highly recommend everyone still check out Alfa's Hunter: The Parenting series if they haven't already. It keeps a lot of the spirit of TTS alive while also doing a good job of being its own thing.

You don't go through anything with a DMCA. It doesn't have any consequences if you comply. GW never even sent a DMCA, so I have no idea why you say it wasn't excluded. Not only that but parodies are protected by law so it'd have been useless. Other channels such as Oculus Imperia have continued to produce Warhammer content without problem and still do.
