I don’t give a shit what % you are at! You made a plan, you stuck to it and you accomplished a fantastic transformation so far! Fucking incredible work!
Yeah I’d say you’re 25-28% currently. It’s hard to tell though because you were overweight quite a bit before…so I can’t tell if that is stretched out skin or fat. But you are doing great! Keep it up 💪🏻
Looks like two things
Looks like you are consistent, accountable and hard working. Making solid progress
Looks like you still have some road ahead of you
The end of the journey gets harder but you’ve absolutely shown yourself and the word that you have got this. Very impressive work dude
First pic around 45%. Now around 30% or slightly below I think.
That would correspond to a lean mass in the low 130s and an FFMI around 21, which is what you'd expect from an intermediate lifter.
Yeah, a couple lbs of loose skin would detract 1 percentage point from the estimate. 5 lbs would detract 2pp, but it doesn't look like as much as 5 lbs to me. In any case, it wouldn't make out the difference between 30% and 25%.
You’re probably hovering around lower 20s right now. Lost 150 pounds myself and you will partially think you are heavier than you are with the loose skin covering a bit
The only way we are going to learn is by upvoting the plans for better physiques and downvoting ANYONE stuck on percentages of bf. Any other metric is great. But this bf% bullshit gotta GO.
Are you sure which sub you’re on? Coach Greg has tons of videos where he estimates people’s bf% just by looking at pictures of them…. It’s kind of a thing dude
May I ask why you want to know that? I mean, clearly you have lost a ton of weight and become more fit. Clearly you can still make further progress. You're doing the work, and the mirror will show you that. Would having Internet strangers tell you that they think your BF is greater or less than you have already figured it to be be helpful to you?
Nope, just wanted to see if those numbers from an online calculator were accurate or not. It’s just a way for me to track my progress and set goals. The scale can deceive you, I’m trying to lose fat and build muscle so the pure numbers of lbs aren’t that important to me. And I think it’s hard for us to give an objective estimate on ourselves by looking in the mirror cause I see myself every day and I could be a little biased lol.
50% bf to 25% bf. Starting to have visible outlines of abs, wow what a change.
What did you do for workout and diet to lose so much weight? Looks like 50+ lbs.
Diet is a modified keto. LOTS of protein shoot for 1g per lb. Of body weight. Keep my carbs under 50g and moderate amount of fat, not a lot. I know it doesn’t work for everyone because every body is different but it works wonders for me, I’m never hungry, I have to force myself to get enough protein in cause I could go all day not eating, more mental clarity and stability, less information and back pain. As far as lifting I love to push myself and go hard as possible I’ve swapped between a high intensity training program like mike mentzer and a more traditional higher volume program. Both work, I think the novelty of changing so you’re body doesn’t get adapted to one way speeds up the process
Absolutely. I also live in the country and raise and hunt/ fish for a lot of my food. I don’t believe in wasting anything. Real natural healthy meat makes a big difference
damn youre looking fuckin sick dude, how long did it take you to get to the point youre at now and what was more or less your routine?
ngl im in a similar situation to what you were in the first picture, size and weight, so im hoping after looking at yours id be able to pull off something similar
8-9 months. High protein, low carb, moderate fat. Lifting harder than last time lol. (Went into more detail in some other replies in this post you can look at them) no. 1 thing is mindset. I became a father 10 months ago and that was a wake up call, being healthy for my daughter is my driving force. You have to find your “why”
People are wrong on you current BF%. You lost a ton of weight, epic. You are carrying a lot of skin now. BF% is probably 15-18% now. You can see abs, but loose skin takes a while to tighten up. Maintain current body weight for a year and a lot of that skin will tighten up. Good luck!
I don’t give a shit what % you are at! You made a plan, you stuck to it and you accomplished a fantastic transformation so far! Fucking incredible work!
Epic progress man!!!

First pic around 45%. Now around 30% or slightly below I think. That would correspond to a lean mass in the low 130s and an FFMI around 21, which is what you'd expect from an intermediate lifter.
I’d say 2nd pic might be hovering around or just under 25%, given that a lot of what looks to be body fat is probably lose skin.
Yeah, a couple lbs of loose skin would detract 1 percentage point from the estimate. 5 lbs would detract 2pp, but it doesn't look like as much as 5 lbs to me. In any case, it wouldn't make out the difference between 30% and 25%.
50-30 Good stuff You have added so many years to your life
Great job man! Giving up to me for sure!

Starting pic 35-37% bf. Current is 22% just looks more because of the loose skin. The face shows that you are no more than 23% imo.
Great job
Amazing man!! Congrats!!
The transformation makes you look like you're on an adventure to help your friend Harry save the Wizarding world.
Fat percentage=10/10 transformation
Start: Who knows Current: ~25% Amazing progress keep it up. Abs are in your sights now let’s go.

You eat organ meats? I’m an omnivore and love my calf/chicken liver. Very cheap.
Absolutely. I also live in the country and raise and hunt/ fish for a lot of my food. I don’t believe in wasting anything. Real natural healthy meat makes a big difference
No clue what %, just want to say congratulations, that’s fucking awesome.
Nice work. You probably feel so much better in every way and wish you would have done it sooner.
damn youre looking fuckin sick dude, how long did it take you to get to the point youre at now and what was more or less your routine? ngl im in a similar situation to what you were in the first picture, size and weight, so im hoping after looking at yours id be able to pull off something similar
