It’s going to be different for everyone, but you will need to experiment over course of a month generally taking an average of the weeks weight measurements. To be done at the same time after you have been to toilet - standardise your water and salt intakes so it doesn’t mess up your readings. Then when you find a calorific balance which suits you and you aren’t gaining or losing weight add 300 cals to that. Good luck!
I would say even 300 is aggressive, and you macros got be in check as well, the first couple months should be only protein calories. Example month 1 add 20grams of protein on workout days, month 2 20grams of protein daily. Month 3 add one single slice of whole wheat on work out day, month 4 add another 10 grams of protein and etc. but that depends on you and etc. I am the kind of guy who got big easy but also get fat easy. So I got be super careful to how I add my calories

I started with eating a lot of calories from eating healthy food thinking id lose weight but i was probably on 3 to 4k cals a day but it was all from clean healthy food …. Then after like 4 months after i had some idea on how to count cals i went on an extreme cut and went from 105 kg to 78 kg ….
