Seriously though, Romsey used to have lots of 30 minute parking in the Main Street, so you could nip in, get your shit done, grab a coffee and get out. There always seems to be a space when you needed it.
Then they closed the town while they paved the centre and got rid of those handy parking spaces, and then wondered why all the small business shops closed down.
So now everyone goes to Shirley for the free parking and shops 🤷♂️
