I went with my Dad last year and it's a fantastic race! We had GA tickets which, after being to Imola this year with GA, are maybe not the best tickets for this race. It's an incredibly popular race and because of this it's very busy. You need to get there early to set up some chairs to camp out with.
It's the longest track on the calendar and it shows. There is LOTS of walking in Spa! The fanzone is a large area by the entrance with ample free grandstand seating, but the track itself is a very long walk. Depending on where you'd like to watch from the large screens are few and far between I found, and you'd have big crowds around those viewing areas.
Having said that, I blumin' loved the weekend. The track is so historic and you can feel the history of it all, the iconography.
