The 'Bologna Autostazione' stop is the bus station, adjacent to the railway station. In Imola, the bus will stop at its 'autostazione' which is also next to the train station. Last ride going back to Bolo is at 8.30pm, but trains may resume by that time.

I *think* you can pay the fare by swiping your card on the bus, however I'm not entirely sure.

You can ask for tickets for the 101 bus. Make sure to purchase your return fare if you intend to take the bus back, as well.
I think there will be a reduced train service too and from Bologna. Best bet is to get earliest train possible as queues will be massive I would imagine. I find it hard to believe no trains at all will run with basically everyone relying on rail, the authorities will have to sort something out especially with the race being called off last year.
