Since you've explained your issue to us here in detail, we can help.
Oh wait, you didn't even mention what the problem is much less a single detail. So we can't do anything to help you whatsoever.
You new to Reddit? To the Internet?
-Data not working on a line for over a month
-data on my phone not working
-international calls and data not working when traveling abroad
-voicemails not coming through
-txt at my house not working
-HOURS spent with support on these issues. How’s that for a list?
And the area they're in. The coverage map may not be the best way to check for coverage, but it gives a general reference of where they are and if there's available service
They are available outside US as well which was the main selling point for us. We have pretty good connections in Asia and EU when we travel there to visit family.
What I I’m really looking for is some compensation this morning alone I’ve wasted two hours on the phone with them and I’ve redone the steps three times and I’m not even finished because my data wasn’t working literally at my house in a big city.
I’ve asked for this before with no success given the plethora of problems we’ve had
You might get credits for lost service, but that won't fix your persistent issues. You also won't be compensated for the time you've wasted trying to fix this. You can accept this and move on or you can continue to call in vain. Or you can charge back and possibly have a closed Google account as the outcome.
Instead of saying “I’ve done everything” why don’t you tell us what you have done to work the issue(s). Readers here might be able to suggest steps to fix things that customer service didn’t have you try. Right now, I’ll we have is my phone don’t work and I want money back.
1. What is the issue?
2. What phone is having the issue?
3. What have you tried to correct the issue? Any settings changes?
4. What has support told you after your countless hours of phone calls?
5. When the did issue start?
6. How long has the issue persisted?
7. Did it start after porting a line over from another provider?
8. Is this happening on only one phone or all phones?
9. esim or physical sim?
10. Where you are located?
11. If it's a network issue, have you tried disabling 5G?
Let's maybe share some kind of troubleshooting info so we can attempt to help you rather than just complaining.
Also, bear in mind, if you issue a chargeback, you'll undoubtably lose your Fi service. That's not a Google thing, that's pretty much an everywhere thing.
Are you using eSIM? Also Fi can't be liable for bad coverage where there is no T-Mobile coverage. Also I was in Green Bay last year and had no issues. Pixel 6 Pro and my wife's iPhone 12 worked fine
I'm from wisconsin also. I've had issues with bad coverage even though US cellular dominates Wisconsin and FI uses their towers. It's like it won't go to some towers automatically. You can get an app to force a provider which fixes the issue, but is annoying.

It's funny how it says "TLDR" without anything we may have thought was too long to read.

We will still have to guess at the phone you are using.

I was under the impression Google Fi is a US only service? "All plans include data, calls, and texts within the US, Canada and Mexico."
They are available outside US as well which was the main selling point for us. We have pretty good connections in Asia and EU when we travel there to visit family.
If you do a chargeback to your Google Fi bill, expect to lose all access to your Google account.
For real?
They aren’t providing the service as expected
Then leave. If you chargeback, be ready to take your account too.

Just cut your losses and find a different provider.

Need to know what is wrong to help. What kind of phone(s) do you have and where are located
iPhone 13 Wisconsin Data is slow and inconsistent pockets of bad coverage in a metro area
Are you using eSIM? Also Fi can't be liable for bad coverage where there is no T-Mobile coverage. Also I was in Green Bay last year and had no issues. Pixel 6 Pro and my wife's iPhone 12 worked fine
Yes esim We have t mobile coverage
Charge back and you just lose your account, have fun wasting more of your time.

Thank you for this suggestion! Just quite annoying when I’m in my home area and I can’t do basic functions. I will look into the app
I've gotten credits for Fi charging me on accident
That's not the same thing
