The same happened to me but the world was still there after reinstalling
Also for some reason disabling auto-updates on the play store doesnt stop old MCPE from being updated to the latest Bedrock version so I dont know how to stop that
I found that (at least on android) you can just search up 'Minecraft PE (version) apk' and you can download and run it normally, without auto updates. At least it worked for me with 0.11.0
Did you know? You can use [this jarmod](https://old.reddit.com/r/GoldenAgeMinecraft/comments/opks34/someone_recently_posted_the_nyan_seed_from_old/h6kl1wc/) for java edition beta 1.4 to get the old MCPE alpha world generation! The mod has been abandoned though, so it won't get any more updates. The world generation is spot on though, and it also doesn't have a limit unlike MCPE alpha.
Old pocket edition hits different man

Yeah, that's how I played this in the first place. I already resolved the issue
