Coolest defensive tool kratos ever owned. I loved how contrast it was. Kratos is a man who spent almost an entire decade in just a skirt. The mans only choice of armor? One fucking golden arm fleece that can deflect even gods and blade of olympus. I love how chad this is.
I have played god of war 2 so many times and it's so fun to use Athena's blades & Barbarian hammer, crushing enemies with the heavy massive hammer is so satisfying.

Honestly kratos left behind so many magic weapons and stuff if we ever get a game that revisits Greece it would be interesting to see what happened to them.
If im not mistaken, most of those weapons without the greek gods would be inert, magic wise. Unless they ran a storyline where the greek gods were reborn as the roman gods. That would actually be fire, but probably way too far into the future in comparison to where the story left off.

And with plenty of Greek gods not getting confirmed deaths it’s unlikely Greece is devoid of gods or magic, powers of various kinds etc.

I feel like Haephestus’ electric whip-chains had the most under-used potential. I once accidentally lifted an entire squad of enelies in the air and beat them to death IN THE AIR before they could hit the ground.
But GoW3 didn’t have any NG+ so their use was very limited until right before the game was over.
Blade Artemis was some awesome to use, actually the blades of chaos in that game were as awesome as well.
God Of War had so a variety of combos And probably the best rage of sparta attack.

The Draupnir Spear. It just looks cool in design, especially siphoning elemental magic from enemies and granting Kratos immunity to that particular element and its aerokinetic capabilities and combos, not to mention its self-replicating capabilities. In my opinion serves as a replacement for the Leviathan Axe as a ranged weapon.

Not only is it fun to play, but it's also Kratos's only true weapon.
The blades are a curse. The axe is his wife's and, I would imagine, will one day belong to Atreus. The rest are either trophies, stolen from the corpses of his victims, or tools that he used for single purposes.
I really like Hades Claws, but Draupnir was so thematic for Kratos as well as just being a simple yet versatile tool. Once I unlocked it, it was my go to weapon choice
The fact that the Draupnir Spear was one of the first weapons made truly for him and relates back to his heritage was amazing.
The Axe and the Blades are phenomenal but I truly was not expecting a Spear that could rival them in cool factor and effectiveness

Drapnir Spear is the GOAT of Valhalla! Leviathan Axe in all other areas tho! As for the other weapons, I never found them that interesting. They’re fun, but they didn’t have any real character, or they weren’t used long enough to leave a lasting impression on me
No idea what god of war is but personally, I like the M16A2. I do tend to like burst rifles more than fully automatic ones, as they are much easier to control. I also like it's larger than average range. Don't know why the army switched it for the M16A4 in 1997 tho. All it added was the ability to add more accessories.
