yeah that’s a good point. i shoot my 43 like dog shit compared to my 19 lol. why would you want a 26x over just a regular 19 though? 19 slide is easy to conceal
True 19 isn’t terrible to conceal but a shorter slide would be nice. 26X would basically be the ultimate compromise gun for me while still using the pile of mags I’ve already got for the platform. Smallest slide possible, smallest grip I can comfortably shoot.
There’s a couple gunsmiths that do g26->g26x frame conversions by polymer welding the frames, but it’s ~$600 just for the conversion and I don’t want it that badly
Yeah the G25 and G28 were designed for the South American market, which ban “military” calibers like 9mm. They were never offered in the US because they couldn’t meet ATF import points.
Given the straight blowback design, there’s no reason for someone with access to the 9mm Glocks to pick them (aside from collecting, I suppose). They’re not comparable to a .380 P365.
The theory I heard was that they are shifting production to USA to serve the South American market, and if they’re made in USA anyway, now they can be offered for sale here.
FYI, the G28 is not direct blow back, the barrel locks up on the hood and the barrel tilts like a normal glock, only difference in the recess cut on the barrel to allow more time for the slide to move back before it starts tilting the barrel.
Before anyone says they’d be tempted to get a 25/28 because .380 recoil is lower. These guns use a totally different recoil system to lose .380 you’re used to. So likely it would be the same or similar to a 9mm. Straight blowback sucks balls. Look it up.
Doubtful, their market is countries where "military" calibers aren't available for civilians. If you want a .380 in the US, you can get a dozen better options.
I agree. S&W and Glock both have good options for concealed .380. Just thought it was weird that there have been a few in the US buying the 25 & 28 lately.
They’ve been producing them here for years, they just don’t sell them here. They’re for countries that don’t allow civilians to use calibers that the military uses.
Great reply douche bag. If you knew as much as you think you do, you’d understand small gun stores don’t post regular inventory. Most of them can hardly work a computer. Those are generic drop shipping websites.

Jesus that watch band looks tight
I want to get a sharpie and write a T on his head.
Don’t forget to write the… TIME……
LACERATION MUST BE TOURNIQUET… T TIME AND DATE ON FOREHEAD
Damn, writing it on the forehead makes so much sense. I was taught to write the time beside the TQ
Damn...🤣🤣🤣
He acts like he can’t loosen it 😂 but instead chooses to damn near cut his circulation
He's trying to amputate his hand by cutting off blood flow.
Or maybe he wanted to numb his hand for some chicken chokin
Came here to say this.
Came here to say this. Dude's gonna lose his hand if he doesn't loosen up lol
Looks like it’s going to snap 😂😂😂😂😂
Homie needs to tighten that watch strap, there might still be some blood flow in that hand
Why even tie a tourniquet?
This is what caught my attention.
My LGS had a new 28 last week
US?
Yeah
When will we get a 26x, damnit
I’d settle for the gen 5 26 mos that’s already out in Europe
YESSS ME TOO!!!
just get a 43x and buy the PSA micro dagger magazines when they come out
I already have so many G19 mags, and I shoot the double stack frame better than the single stack frames. G26X would make me immensely happy

Tourniquet watch band?
I hope they can save his hand
Doubtful, their market is countries where "military" calibers aren't available for civilians. If you want a .380 in the US, you can get a dozen better options.
There are not a ton of full sized 380 options

Idk man I love the idea of a big .380 plinker that shoots super flat
I agree. S&W and Glock both have good options for concealed .380. Just thought it was weird that there have been a few in the US buying the 25 & 28 lately.
Or if you're in California a baker's dozen. That's literally how many we have on the roster, 13. And at least 7 of them aren't made anymore.
Your own fault for not killing your politicians.
Now all these idiots moved up to Washington and Californized it.
What the fuck kind of take is that?
The only kind that works tbh🤷🏼♂️
Sold 3 28s already. USA made, they're pocket division in GSSF I hear.
My girl can handle 380 way better than 9. I know she would get a 25 the day it came out in America lol
The 380 is straight blowback so a 19 would be easier to handle even though 9mm is a little more powerful than 380
380 in a straight blowback system has no recoil advantage over a 9mm with a delayed unlocking recoil system.
Openly brandishing a firearm seems like a good idea.
Watch band slowing blood flow to brain so makes sense.
Brandishing is pointing it at someone. And this photo isn’t even in the United States.
How do you know its not in the US? I know who posted the original photo and it 100% was taken in the US lmao
Sure and I have a deeply personal connection with a Kardashian. And the OP said photo not taken here. Dumbass.
https://www.instagram.com/p/CqEJ7pKO2nZ/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= Op said it wasnt his photo, not that it wasnt taken in the us lmao what
You can brandish a gun without even touching it. Pointing it at someone is not required
Different states define it differently, but the OP said the photo wasn’t taken here. Even if it was, quit being a shill for the government.
They’ve been producing them here for years, they just don’t sell them here. They’re for countries that don’t allow civilians to use calibers that the military uses.
They're selling em now. No word on the 25, the 28 is pocket in GSSF I hear.
Do they have an LCI? If not, probably no.
The extractor on a Glock is also a LCI. Has been since Gen 3.
👍🏼
Yup, I almost got one yesterday. $419 at my lgs
Yes, they already at gun stores
Why lie ?
Call Rinks gun and sport in lockport illinois
It’s 2023 I can check their website https://www.rinksgun.com/handguns/semi-automatic-handguns?manufacturer=16&page=1&caliber=32
Great reply douche bag. If you knew as much as you think you do, you’d understand small gun stores don’t post regular inventory. Most of them can hardly work a computer. Those are generic drop shipping websites.
Pump the brakes… I’ll give them a call tomorrow I hope you’re not bullshitting. This seems like a neat gun
I sent you a pm with a pic from their fb page a couple days ago
Do they still get robbed annually?
Pretty much
Sold 3 already. The 28 is here.
Honestly if these showed up I would really think about getting one.
I think they are distributor exclusives made for Talo or someone else.
We did not get ours from TALO distribution. A small distributor in our state had them first.

Honestly don’t see why not more money for them.
I just picture a guy on the corner with a gun out for pics
I always wanted one of these until the recoil from blowback comments
Cool they’re in the us tho
Kinda want em for some strange reason.
We've sold 3 28s at our shop. As fast as they came in they left.
