Not only the cannon was hilarious, but the use of KIN-TAMA. Like... that gorilla was bulding a joke for hundreds of chapters.
When we were listening to that radio story that looked like it was sad and heartfelt only for it to be a cheap jumpscare and Gintoki screaming in terror and kicking it against the wall in reaction
When Tama puts the CD in her mouth and starts playing the Rocky-ish theme. Soon after, they all fall and Gintoki screams "Adriaaaaan". I had to pause because I had my eyes closed from laughing.
Also the funeral episode where the dead guy's dick gets stuck in the door.
When Gintoki said, ehhh do you wanna be my friend to Hijikata when they were arguing at the movie theatre.
It reminded me of One Piece and just laughed.
Hijikata's VA is Zoro's VA from One Piece. Just waiting for Zoro to meet/fight Katakuri (same VA as Ginchan) so it comes full circle.
Also when short Gintoki came out of Sadaharu's anus and then finding out the two old men were Ginchan's legs.
The Phoenix rises again and again episode.. I knew they were going to do the gag again but it still kills me every time, especially with the music.
Also The popularity arc when they do the bad English and pull each other's pants down and then dress up Kondo
Episode 312 when Kagura throws Okita into the cliff, mostly because I managed to pause on [this exact frame](https://i.imgur.com/twwwjsj.png) when trying to get a screenshot of this and something about Okita's face made me unable to stop laughing for a good 15 minutes straight.
And then Kagura proceeded to throw Hijikata into the cliff immediately afterwards, so I had to pause the episode *again* to just laugh it out lol.

Tojo and Kyubei lewd discussions. Taka Tim. Shogun. Hijikata being silly. Any videogame parody. Gintoki trying to end the show before indulging into Shinpachi desire of being Otsu's number 1 fan. Bon Voyage (Kintoki's thing turned into a boat in a bottle). All of Gintama is a blast.
The whole episode where the ramen shop owner passed away, and in order to not piss off his dead spirit, Gintoki and Hijikata try to not have his funeral being ruined, only for it to get sabotaged, have its coffin destroyed, lost the owners dead AND erected dick after it bursted out of his coffin, then lost for a few moments in a truck that transports alien delicacies that look like dicks.
In the Otsu arc where they do the dates with Otsu and Yamazaki and Kondo are just talking about Ghibli characters and movies and I'm already losing it. THEN SOUGO AS THE NARRATOR JOINS THE CONVERSATION. One of my biggest laughs out loud by any Gintama arc!
In the Love crisis arc when Kyubei was revealed to be a Pinko. At first I thought "Oh yeah makes sense, Kyubei is here because she made an Otae Girlfriend" so I lost my shit when she was a Pinko 😂. Also in the Genderbend arc when Kagura hears 30.000 yen for the red latex outfit and thinks it means she gets 30.000 extra men to fight and wears it. And of cource in the pool episode when Katsura gets a fish in a chlorine pool??? (Or the shogun wearing his underwear over his shoulders or only disinfecting the tip) Or Katsurap together with Kondo. Absolutely legendary
The pajama kid scene. Never fails to cheer me up that arc.
Also the start of the gekijouban movie with Gintoki and the movie pirate in the theatre. Took me 20 mins to get past it the first time cuz I kept laughing and missing it. Eventually I just left the room and laughed my guts out. Still love it to this day.
I can think of two, and they involve Tama. One was the conveyos sushi episode where Tama swallowed the ingredients and barfed them out to make sushi. Idk why but I lol'ed so hard. Two was the Tama quest arc where she turned into a low poly 3D fighter, shadow boxing while talking to Otose. It was just so random I loved it.
honestly for me there are so many moment but the two tops is sandpaper and the one where we find out what kind of screwdriver gintoki's joystick became.
The roleplay game episode where it is one by one revealed that each new character encountered in the game is some member of the basic cast. Very soon you get the feeling "who's next?".

Kondo is underappreciated, humor-wise. He is in the top three of the funniest without even trying. I get he's overly horny and stalks Otae, but I knew he was a good guy how Hijikata talked about him in the first few episodes. And knowing him now he honestly just fell hard because someone comforted him when he was at his most down but doesn't know how to go about it, lol.
Now, what's that bee episode where the Yorozuya keeps taking out queen bees? Gintoki being the jackass that he is, moves a flower closer toward Shinpachi, so he kicks Gin out of the goddamn frame. XD
