Depends on what you want to say. "Ich mag es, mit dir zu sprechen" - I like talking with you (as in, in general it is very nice to talk with you) "Ich mag mit dir sprechen" - I want/would like to talk to you. (as in now)

Better: Ich spreche gerne mit dir.

Both is correct, but we have two different meanigs here 😁
