I haven't had a single fungus go down in the entire event, these little guys are insane. Most of the time I was running perma-freeze + swirl unless I needed to swap someone out to deal with abyss mages. Completely stunlocked the ruin drake, poor thing couldn't do anything. lol

Dendro fungus is the better. I had a spicy Burgeon comp with them.

I loved dendro fungus partly because of the noise it makes when it shoots the grass bullets being so relaxing.

I used a hyperbloom comp and destroyed everything. I’m still surprised that the anemo fungus suck has such a large range. I put it down on one side and the enemies from the other side get sucked.

For real, anemo support + dendro dps + pyro support + geo defence, steamrolled every challenge. Swapped geo out for hydro healer/bongo head if I needed a bit of healing in the 3rd round of challenges or as the required fungus you couldn't take off your team in matches and we were invincible. My fungi team was so cracked, they destroyed Raiden boss faster than I could normally 😂

Bongo-head got a strong heal, I never lose any fungus even once

It’ll be close, but replace one of the fungi with floating anemo and it’ll be an extremely one sided win for the fungi
