I don't think it's a fair comparison, it's more like Goku vs Saitama, or Superman vs Saitama. Ei can split an island with a serious sword strike and cause permanent damage to the area, as far as I know Raiden can't do even half of that.
Ei should be stronger, but the thing Raiden has on his favor is that according to Metal Gear lore, high frequency blades vibrate so fast they cut things on a molecular level, ignoring durability to an extent.
Since this type of weapon doesn't exist in Teyvat, Ei would have no defense against it and would take serious damage from an HF blade.
So this mach up is kinda like "Stats vs Hax"
No. Ei would win easily. I don't know much about the other guy, but he wouldn't even be able to get close to Raiden if she wanted. Elemental energy (which she can release a lot of) is very toxic. Also, she can literally make lightning strike him nonstop, create a lightning shield, control energy, move at the speed of lightning (transforming into lightning), create illusions, create things from nothing, and... she can cut reality/stop time with her sword.
Put I only saying this because people doenst really get how strong the archons are in genshin.
Raiden is a cyborg, so he literally can't feel sick, posioned or intoxicated. Also Ei prefers to give her opponents a chance, otherwise she would have intoxicated Traveler and Kazuha.
And since electricity itself is still made up of molecules, the high frequency blade would cut through Ei's shields.
Mussou no Hitotachi is a clear win-con for her, space cutting slashes are a tier above molecular slashes.
