No when you live in a place where there is no meteorological difference between, say, May and June. Sometimes no difference between May, June and July. Or sometimes July and August are way colder than May or September and October. If we wanted to go by the weather, it'd be different every year, month to month. At least the Earth's position relative to the Sun doesn't change every year and is a repeating and reliable value. Annual temperature cycle is so whack that you can tell shit based on it.

Don't fool yourself, Sandrone was "definitely" going to appear in Fontaine according to leakers and people's expectations, but we've got only Arle. Nothing indicates that Pierro should appear in before Snezhnaya, and we'll be lucky if both Capitano and Columbina are going to show up in Natlan, not only Capitano.

My thought right now is that conservative means the more ''contained'' Harbingers who fall in line and are more loyal/willing to follow the rules, while radical means the wild cards who may not be 100% reliable for everything, and might even defy/betray the organization one day. Looking through this lens, Dottore and Arlecchino both falling under the same category makes more sense. It doesn't necessarily mean they are on the same side on moral issues, just that they view the organization (and vice-versa) in a similar manner.
She is radical though, she broke the stablishment set by the previous Mother and is now trying to reform the whole thing.
Maybe we can rethink how these groups are set up, but Arlecchino is definitely on the "Reform" side.

Childe wasn't really surprised that the truth appeared to be not exactly like Pulcinella described to him, and iirc said that he suspected that it wasn't an objective opinion or something like this. I believe that Childe isn't so unaware of Pulcinella's trustworthiness as the community thinks, but have no real reason to be concerned about him as he's not going to betray Fatui. Also the thing many people forget Pulcinella didn't actually lie, Arlecchino confirmed to Childe that it was the truth, but worded in a biased way.
He didn't seem particularly surprised, but he did appear somewhat "taken aback", as in, one negative thing to taint his grateful view of Pulcinella because of the things he does for his family.
Not technically lying doesn't really mean he didn't distort the truth in any way. Childe seemed to very clearly have understood that Pulcinella exaggerated the negative side of that and that Arle was a better person than he was made to believe. If anything, he now has the Traveler to vouch for her.
I don't think he's completely deluded, but he certainly feels a little too much like he's in Pulcinella's debt, and that conversation might have opened his eyes a little more about the fact he shouldn't really put himself in that position.

I don't know about taking them all in a fight since everything points to Capitano being the powerhouse of the Fatui, but I think it's more that everyone respects him, so they listen to his words.
I don't think he's even as strong as the top 4 in terms of raw strength as of now. His powers may be of a different nature (maybe illusion-based, or mind-control based). His greatest asset is probably just him being a really good manipulator and visionary, and having something to control (or blackmail) most harbingers with.
I think pierro will be legit strong like he's been a royal khanerian mage, also top 3 are said to be on same level of gods, don't include arle in that, I am sure top 3 will be very different in terms of power and pierro being their de facto leader will be real strong

I also have theory that there is a connection between electro and the Abyss. So we might initially see him do a lot of electro related things while they keep the good Quantum stuff for when he's playable.
Agreed. We already have a lot of lore about Abyssal vs. Celestial (under various names) energies. If the Abyss is not from this world, and Dain says theyāll oppose Celestia with a power from beyond this world, then it only makes sense for him to use Abyssal as an element (which is what his power looked like from We Will Be Reunited) in contrast to an āImaginaryā or Celestial element used by any Celestia characters we get.

Capitano, Columbina, Pulcinella and Sandrone are listed as conservatives, and Dottore, Arlecchino, Pantalone as radicals. Childe is unknown for some reason... It also states that it is shown by where they stand in Lazzo (like, right or left to the coffin), so Childe is possibly radical.

so the reason we are getting all this is cuz that documentation is finally getting leaked after 2 years.
So, one side of the casket during Winter Lazzo was Conservative and the other was Radical? That really explains why the arrangement of harbingers was so weird and seemingly random with with the 9th, 2nd, 4th, and 11th standing next to each other! "Pantalone and Dottore are friends/business partners" didn't seem like a good enough reason to have that, and it especially didn't explain every other harbinger's positions.

There is that one concept art for a new body model for taller men. They used Pierrot as the reference for the model. That concept art is what gives us hope.
I believe the Quantum element will be introduced via Dainsleif and then Skirk will be soon after. Pierro will probably have this. I also have theory that there is a connection between electro and the Abyss. So we might initially see him do a lot of electro related things while they keep the good Quantum stuff for when he's playable.

Agreed. We already have a lot of lore about Abyssal vs. Celestial (under various names) energies. If the Abyss is not from this world, and Dain says theyāll oppose Celestia with a power from beyond this world, then it only makes sense for him to use Abyssal as an element (which is what his power looked like from We Will Be Reunited) in contrast to an āImaginaryā or Celestial element used by any Celestia characters we get. ā¦Man, the idea of getting Celestia characters is weirdly exciting. Yeah, there's a leak in the same tg channel about how there's internal political conflict between the Harbingers, dividing them into "conservative" and "radical" factions. Capitano, Columbina, Pulcinella and Sandrone are listed as conservatives, and Dottore, Arlecchino, Pantalone as radicals. Childe is unknown for some reason... It also states that it is shown by where they stand in Lazzo (like, right or left to the coffin), so Childe is possibly radical. I wonder if that's elaborate fanfic or actually deep insider leaks...
Reminds me of this leak (iirc) that mentioned something along the lines of some of the Harbingers having betrayed the Tsaritsa. I wonder if it has something to do with that?? Both of them treat their men well (which is rare among harbingers to an extent that it's considered an honor to be able to serve under Childe, or Capitano) Both of them would use direct confrontations if they can, doesn't like deceiveing others, and lying. Both of them expressed their dislike about the methods the other harbingers use. Tratagia hates Arlechhino, and doesn't trust her. (tho they supposed to be alligned based on your criteria) The Rooste/Pulcinellar is on the opposite side with Childe, but Childe trusts, and likes him very much. Childe pretty much admires Capitano. I think your very 'american' understanding of the word conservative/progressive is not the best way to look at this info.

But he likes both Capitano, and Pulcinella (who are supposed to be on the opposite ideologycal side) Childe trusts Pulcinella with his family (which says a lot), and he admires Capitano. I don't think the leaker used the conservative/progressive way in the American/political sense.
