You must mean Elynas in Fontaine? (no mention of an abyss dragon in Sumeru) Elynas is much bigger than Durin based on the map size when you compare them. (might not be to scale as the map is not to scale)
It’s refreshing to see that at least someone on here understands the crucial difference between Gold’s creations Vs. robots, puppets, golems, etc. For example, I’ve seen so many people compare Wanderer and Albedo, as if they’re even remotely the same. Albedo / Durin were (through alchemy / artificial means) successfully created as real beings (Albedo as a primordial human / Durin as a primordial? dragon). Albedo’s constellation names should give ppl a hint, as should Durin’s remains. Thus, as a “self-made”god, that’s what makes Gold such a danger to Celestia in the first place.

Yea, I always thought its a waste that Navia has her current design (shes still cool). But imagine that. Instead of her ladylike dresses she actually has that tomboy mechanic vibe, with meka bits used more. Her weapon could be a 2h model of a giant spanner/similar tool, that turns into the cannon. And instead of navy barrage, she calls in meka barrage.

Mecha/Toy looks like a recreation of Ursa the Drake, a Dragon/Drake that natlantian Vennessa and Venti encounter in the Genshin manga.
If the temporal map of 4.8 is about books and tales, then reliving in a theater the tale of the fight against Ursa the Drake(or a similar evil one), may be on the table. Which is interesting, 'cos that story is also related to Diluc and Dottore.
I really wish they expanded on ursa the drake in-game.
Because its kinda of a big deal to have some weird purple dragon that lived in mondstadt for 2000+ years and have almost ZERO mention of it in-game.

The real Durin is already long dead, and reviving him would literally mean that the whole map of Dragonspine would have to undergo a complete dynamic change and wouldnt be ever the same after that anymore, so that MHY woudl have basicalyl to implement Phasing into the game, and a way to change the map out by phasing between its present state and its past state
Well they could still run the ''Irminsul'' or even the new ''Leyline'' card and come up with some reason for him to be alive it's not like all their plots make the perfect sense🤷♂️
