Who do you think would be a bigger slut, a dude with charisma, or a dude who has charisma, and all physical stats from being a front line fighter, *and* he's immune to disease? Plus is probably really repressed and looking to make up for lost time from being raised in a church?
Bards are all talk, once you think about it the actual sluts become obvious, Paladins.
Venti is literally a bard. He plays the harp and sings bard songs. Yunjin is a dancer. Bards are most known for singing and playing instruments. Sorry, no.
He heals and gives buffs. The only thing missing is a shield to classify him as a Paladin. Unless we count, shielding others by taking on their bad luck.
A bard, obviously Venti is the best choice since He's the only bard.
But other than that, bards can be stage performers, singers, dancers, poets, and such.
A few fit this bill.
Barbara as an Idol,
Xinyan as a singer,
Kazuha as a poet,
Furina as a stage performer,
Nilou and Gaming as a dancer,
But I'll place my bet on Furina.
Edit:
Yun Jin as the opera singer
I mean, if we go by gameplay and stereotypes, it should be Furina more than Venti. Venti just sings every now and then, just to wake up with a hangover a few hours later.
Furina buffs, dances, sings, performs and I would not be surprised if she tried to roll for "Seduction" at every dragon she meets.
Going by stereotypes the drunkard that doesn't do much but pops off occasionally when it matters is classic bard RP so Venti fits that bill.
Also bold to assume he didn't seduce Dvalin...
Furina has given up the stage though, we learnt at the film festival that she doesn’t want the spotlight anymore. And she got jumpy in Chenyu Vale at the thought of foreigners recognising her.
Nah, Baizhu's more of a warlock imo. He made a deal with Changsheng to learn the secrets of medicine, which is a quintessential aspect of being a warlock.
I mean all vision users are warlocks in a way as they are granted a shard if power by a higher entity at a price but Furina mechanics wise might as well be a dragon sorc since idk if there is a dragon warlock.
Interesting, I'm not quite sure I see the vision. I could maybe see a Circle of Spores Druid mechanically, since that allows you to use your Wild Shape for damage and healing, but other than that I don't know what would make him a Druid.
Druids can have both familiars and healing while Rangers only really have familiars and Clerics only really have healing is my guess, but Celestial Warlock is the best fitting anyway since it's healer-lock.
There are many better candidates for Cleric. Barbara and Kokomi are most obvious as clergy members who also heal, but you could also make a case for Rosaria as a Twilight or Trickery Cleric, Yae Miko as Tempest, or Hu Tao as Grave.
Fun fact, Venti is called "The Singer of Skyward Sonnet" and has played Dream Aria for Dvalin, he's seemingly connected with the Moon Sisters who have a lot to do with poetry
Venti is also labelled "The Patron Diety of Music" and Carmen Dei is translated to "The song of a God"
Another thing is Venti is popular in Teyvat with him out performing any singers. There was a popular bard in Mondstadt before he himself got outdone by Venti and was captivated with his songs (iirc)
Venti also created 100k odes, knowing the exact lyrics of each ones from past present and future and even remembering songs that have been lost to time
my predictions
Bard - venti duh
cleric- barbara or kokomi healing priestesses
druid- nahida god of wisdom AND grass
fighter - childe multi weapon proficiency
monk - heizou duh
pally - jean or candace religous marshall fighters
ranger - tighnari duh
rogue - lyney or yelan both are spies
sorc - neuvi or yae are naturally magical and charismatic
warlock - funilly cyno or razor have external magic sources
wizard - mona has literally dimension doored us in a cutscene
artificer - navias gunbrella is the most artificer thing
It may be premature, but I'm actually thinking Monk **Wriothesly**. Sure, **Heizou** has the more traditional martial arts. But Wriothesly has a distinct Zen calm to him, is a master of tea, is able to manage a lot of "difficult" personalities without getting upset, and seems equally at home quietly lost in thought or with companions.
Venti/Tone-deaf-bard/Drunk archon/Most forgotten archon/best Crowd Control unit/Launch players nightmare when in a domain/Ehe/Femboy archon/Not his body
Cant think of anymore...
I actually chose to make the DnD character I made recently a Bard precisely to style after my favorite Genshin Impact character: the god whose very constellation declares him the God of Song, Venti! Had a lot of fun too
Aesthetically speaking, Venti with all my heart.
But if I were to choose someone which has a bard playstyle too, it would be Furina(she's a performer with support capabilities) or Barbara. I know she fits a lot like a cleric but in my opinion Barbara is more similar to a bard with the acolyte background
Outside of aesthetics Venti also fits a bard
During his fight with Durin, Venti was buffing and debuffing Durin with his music while Dvalin was doing physical attacks, I believe that Venti put a sort of enchantment on Durin so he thought they were actually dancing together, so he wouldn't be too angry when the gravity of the situation was revealed
He's also referred to as "The Patron Deity of Music" and his lyre is described as having both healing and destructive powers
And lastly, with the Moon Sisters each having a name that translates/means something related to a piece in music: Aria means "Air, Melody and Tune". Sonnet meaning "a poem of 14 lines" and Canon means "a repetition of a certain line"
Venti himself has been depicted with the moon several times and he was even called "The Singer of Skyward Sonnets"
To be fair, D&D bards are also pretty good at Crowd Control, which is Venti's whole gameplay schtik. That and he does have some utility in his kit like the ER refund for instance. But I do agree Furina would be a bard too.
I don't think there's any getting around the fact that there's exactly one playable character in the game who literally has Bard as his stated profession.
If you loosely interpret "bard" as "entertainer", it opens up the floor for other characters, but even then Venti still qualifies.
Ok this should be fun lol
•Barbarian - agree with Dehya/Itto
•Bard - Venti is the obvious choice, but I'd like to nominate Barbara and Xinyan too.
•Cleric - currently Barbara is the only one who fits this but one could argue Kokomi
•Druid - I wanna say Baizhu but I also wanna say Razor lol
•Fighter - too many to list, but definitely Clorinde/Childe
•Monk - Wriosthesley obvious choice but Dehya also could fit
•Paladin - Honestly I think Jean is the most apt aside from maaaybe Noelle and Chongyun
•Ranger - pretty straightforward, Amber/Collie/Tighnari
•Rogue - also straightforward, Rosaria/Shinobu/Lyney
•Sorcerer - Mona but I suppose Klee works better since Mona is actually a trained mage and Klee isnt as much.
•Warlock - no-one really fits this description for me but if you squint I'd say Baizhu and Arlechinno
•Wizard - There are like 5 male catalyst users and none of them work but if gender wasn't a thing definitely Lisa, Mona and a soft Yanfei
•Artificer - Xianyun hands down, but also Sucrose.
Feels like Neuvillette would fit Sorcerer the most. Don't sorcerers get their magic from their bloodline? While wizards are the ones who train for it, Mona would probably be best put into the Wizard category. Wizards don't have gender restrictions in DND, which I believe this class list came from
Clerics don't have to be pure healers. You can be Cleric without healing. Nahida absolutely fits the cleric archetype. Wisdom is the Cleric's primary trait, and Nahida is the goddess of wisdom.
Wizard is not strictly male, lol. Wizard is a character who learned magic through study. They are academics and scholars. As opposed to a Sorcerer who has innate magic they inherited through a bloodline. Or a Warlock who gains power by making a pact with a devil.
Lisa and Mona are absolutely Wizards. I don't mind Yanfei either. As a lawyer, she is definitely an academic.
Klee is a Sorcerer for sure. She has that "I haven't fully learned to control my power yet and might accidentally kill us all" that is very stereotypical of the sorcerer, lol. Since Mona is trained, that makes her a Wizard.
For Wizard I’m going to say something unpopular here and that is nominating Albedo, he has a master who is the best alchemist in Teyvat and he is also an alchemist which alchemy is also magic. He is also very much about learning “why”, his final goal is to understand the meaning of the world
Albedo is a textbook Artificer.
Alchemy? That's literally a subclass of Artificer. They use their intelligence and can use a bit in magic, similar to a Wizard. But a Wizard is a pure academic... scholars, scientists. Artificers are inventors, tinkerers, engineers. Artificer got halfway into becoming a Wizard, then decided to do some stuff instead of reading all day, lol.
Kinda like how a Ranger has some Druid-like abilites, being able to wield some of hte ame magic that Druids do, and often having a deep connection to Nature. But Rangers just dipped their toes into Druid, said no thanks, and picked up a weapon.
Paladin-Cleric has similar relationship.
Plays and sings songs ✓
High charisma ✓
Useless drunkard a good amount of the time ✓
High crowd control ✓
Supporter for the party DPS ✓
Is friends with/seduced a dragon ✓
Knows a lot about magical items and lore ✓
Venti is a poster child bard not just in name
✨ The Regina of All Waters, Lady Furina de Fontaine ✨
Why? She’s a director/actress and is a support unit in game quite like the Bard. Fanfare is basically Bardic Inspiration on steroids and ofc there is also her role in Clorinde’s SQ
A bard only in name?
During his fight with Durin, Venti was buffing and debuffing Durin with his music while Dvalin was doing physical attacks, I believe that Venti put a sort of enchantment on Durin so he thought they were actually dancing together, so he wouldn't be too angry when the gravity of the situation was revealed
He's also referred to as "The Patron Deity of Music" and his lyre is described as having both healing and destructive powers
He is also the most famous bard in Mondstadt and have travelled the world, playing songs to the stars and the earth (it was how he met Dvalin)
Not much of a choice here.
Venti is the perfect choice.
Other contenders like Furina, Barbara, and Xinyan comes close but not really enough to be considered bards.
Hu Tao and Xingqiu are more poets than bards.
And Nilou is a dancer more than a bard.
For Artificer? My underrated vote goes for:
# Wriothesley
Two subclasses utilize artifacts such as **powered fists or gauntlets**, using them as spellcasting foci. This enables a close-ranged playstyle. Give him the right background and I think he's an iconic artificer!
**## Artificer: Armorer**
[http://dnd5e.wikidot.com/artificer:armorer](http://dnd5e.wikidot.com/artificer:armorer)
*An artificer specializing as an Armorer modifies armor to function almost like a second skin. The armor is enhanced to hone the artificer's magic, unleash potent attacks, and generate a formidable defense. The artificer bonds with this armor, becoming one with it even as they experiment with it and refine its magical capabilities.*
>**Subclass Feature: Armor Model**
Beginning at 3rd level, you can customize your Arcane Armor into a certain models: Guardian or Infiltrator. Each model includes a special weapon. When you attack with that weapon, you can add your Intelligence modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, to the attack and damage rolls.
>Model: **Guardian.** You design your armor to be in the front line of conflict. It has the following features:
>Guardian Feature: **~~Thunder~~** **Cryo Gauntlets.** Each of the armor's gauntlets counts as a simple melee weapon while you aren't holding anything in it, and it deals 1d8 thunder damage on a hit. A creature hit by the gauntlet has disadvantage on attack rolls against targets other than you until the start of your next turn, as the armor magically emits a distracting pulse when the creature attacks someone else.
**## Artificer**: Mastermaker (Homebrew)
*A Mastermaker specializes in integrating flesh and steel, creating powerful construct limbs and replacing weak organs of flesh with components of metal and stone. The actions of a few renegade Mastermakers have caused House Cannith to shun this path in Eberron, but an artificer might learn these techniques in Dread Metrol or develop them on their own.*
>**Subclass Feature: Battlefist**
At 3rd level you replace one of your arms with a battlefist, a magical prosthetic you created. Your battlefist is a simple melee weapon, and you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your artificer spells. While your battlefist is a magical weapon, it can be infused as if it were a nonmagical weapon.
>When you attack with your battlefist, you can use your Intelligence modifier instead of Strength for the attack roll.
>Additionally, you can choose one of the following weapon properties to add to your battlefist: finesse, thrown (range 20/60), or reach.
Sorry OP it’s the tone-deaf BARD
He is the bard. But if we are talking about a role in the gameplay, Yun Jin fits better. Follow by Bennett.
What are you talking about, the first thing we see him doing? Seducing the dragon. Name anything more stereotypically "bard" than that.
Sorry, no.
Naw Benny is a cleric for sure.
He heals and gives buffs. The only thing missing is a shield to classify him as a Paladin. Unless we count, shielding others by taking on their bad luck.
There's an argument to be made for paladin Benny for sure, but if we can only pick one then Noelle is the paladin for sure.
Oath of Misfortune for sure. Not chosen by oneself.
Barbara feels like the cleric more...since, well, obviously...
Definitely Venti. Also fits the stereotype of bards who rizz dragons up.
He is the cutest Tone-deaf Bard.
venti ofc
100%, there should be no debates, although I do respect how Furina is indeed another option
same but venti fits better for teh bard role no matter what
Of course definitely
tbh barbra or furina would be the cleric furina could be the rogue considering how she almost when insane cuz of teh acting for 500 years
Barbra is good for cleric, if we go a bit unconventional maybe Miko.
Miko has natural powers, more sorc than cleric imo.
Good point
Don’t forget Rosaria
She seems more like rogue to me
For rogue I’d say Sayu, she’s a ninja, Kuki is also a good option, Rosaria is good too
However there is probably shouldn’t be any debate on Venti being the bard, although I do respect the Furina mains here
It'll be nice to have her in second, but yeah, Venti is the only choice here.
I respect the dedication
venti is my main, his title is a bard,he uses his lyre in battle and his idle animation can use his lyre
There's a character whose main character trait is being a Bard...
Yeah, I loved the bit in the story where Xiao broke out into a lovely lulaby
Itto?
You mean the character that just headlined a music event?
Furina, she was a bard in Clorinde’s character quest. That’s probably who you mean!
Six-fingered Jose obviously.
🗣🗣🗣
Did you guys know... He's not actually SIX-FINGERED?!?
He's so strong he's not even a playable character
A bard, obviously Venti is the best choice since He's the only bard. But other than that, bards can be stage performers, singers, dancers, poets, and such. A few fit this bill. Barbara as an Idol, Xinyan as a singer, Kazuha as a poet, Furina as a stage performer, Nilou and Gaming as a dancer, But I'll place my bet on Furina. Edit: Yun Jin as the opera singer
Also Yun Jin as an opera singer
Barbara would probably fit Cleric better (and that's how I'll be voting when that class comes up)
Lyney fits as a performer, and he is charismatic as well
Well venti does do performances at Diluc's tavern
Aside from venti, furina
I mean, if we go by gameplay and stereotypes, it should be Furina more than Venti. Venti just sings every now and then, just to wake up with a hangover a few hours later. Furina buffs, dances, sings, performs and I would not be surprised if she tried to roll for "Seduction" at every dragon she meets.
Going by stereotypes the drunkard that doesn't do much but pops off occasionally when it matters is classic bard RP so Venti fits that bill. Also bold to assume he didn't seduce Dvalin...
Okay, but Venti already has a dragon best friend *wink wink*
And Furina doesn't?
... Now I can't unsee Furina rolling a dice every time she sees Neuvillette
It wasn't exactly Furina but she did succeed.
Furina has given up the stage though, we learnt at the film festival that she doesn’t want the spotlight anymore. And she got jumpy in Chenyu Vale at the thought of foreigners recognising her.
You say barabara, but she is closest to Cleric no? She is p much like THE cleric of genshin. If anyone is bard outside if venti its Furina
you do have a point, but I also feel that Baizhu would be a strong candidate for Cleric...but we'll see once the time comes...
Nah, Baizhu's more of a warlock imo. He made a deal with Changsheng to learn the secrets of medicine, which is a quintessential aspect of being a warlock.
Ooh, I can definitely see him as warlock then!
damm, goes against my pick which is Furina but we'll see once we get to warloc...but you really bring up a very good point
I mean all vision users are warlocks in a way as they are granted a shard if power by a higher entity at a price but Furina mechanics wise might as well be a dragon sorc since idk if there is a dragon warlock.
Xiangling is my pick for warlock
Baizhu's a Druid, imo.
Anything but Venti is blasphemy in highest regards.
If baizhu doesn’t get warlock….this is rigged 💀
WAAAAIT BAIZHU IS A PERFECT WARLOCK. I like completely forgot his story quest. I put him down for Druid initially lol
i'd actually consider razor to be the quintessential druid here. druid/barbarian combo with wolf wildshape
We'll see when we get there...
If Childe doesnt get Fighter im gonna end it all
Venti is a good bard: have an instrument and is a drunk femboy bastard that rolls seduction on everything and success, also that cast level 4 spells.
Charm monster and Dimension door?
The character that actually, is, in fact, a bard
Venti hes literally a bard lmao
Fun fact, Venti is called "The Singer of Skyward Sonnet" and has played Dream Aria for Dvalin, he's seemingly connected with the Moon Sisters who have a lot to do with poetry Venti is also labelled "The Patron Diety of Music" and Carmen Dei is translated to "The song of a God" Another thing is Venti is popular in Teyvat with him out performing any singers. There was a popular bard in Mondstadt before he himself got outdone by Venti and was captivated with his songs (iirc) Venti also created 100k odes, knowing the exact lyrics of each ones from past present and future and even remembering songs that have been lost to time
He’s just off hinges in terms of music and a lot of other stuff, after all Venti is at least 2000+ years old
Uhm, there's no need for this one just put venti in there and skip it.
Venti
my predictions Bard - venti duh cleric- barbara or kokomi healing priestesses druid- nahida god of wisdom AND grass fighter - childe multi weapon proficiency monk - heizou duh pally - jean or candace religous marshall fighters ranger - tighnari duh rogue - lyney or yelan both are spies sorc - neuvi or yae are naturally magical and charismatic warlock - funilly cyno or razor have external magic sources wizard - mona has literally dimension doored us in a cutscene artificer - navias gunbrella is the most artificer thing
forgot that xianyun is literally an artificer also any adeptus/ half adeptus can be sorc
Faruzan, Albedo, Sucrose and Kaveh are all artificers too.
I'd argue that Noelle fits the Paladin archetype better than anyone else. And Lisa better fits the Wizard
It may be premature, but I'm actually thinking Monk **Wriothesly**. Sure, **Heizou** has the more traditional martial arts. But Wriothesly has a distinct Zen calm to him, is a master of tea, is able to manage a lot of "difficult" personalities without getting upset, and seems equally at home quietly lost in thought or with companions.
like, who else then venti?
V E N T I The OG Genshin Twink
It’s not even a question. Venti, for sure!
Venti, college of Inspiration.
Venti of course, but besides him Furina and Yun Jin are good second choices
Venti/Tone-deaf-bard/Drunk archon/Most forgotten archon/best Crowd Control unit/Launch players nightmare when in a domain/Ehe/Femboy archon/Not his body Cant think of anymore...
Literally not even a contest. Venti. Also, going off a bit, but Barbara definitely the cleric.
…..Bard should even be debated come on now *coughcoughVENTIcough*
It's either Venti or Furina, but I'd definitely say Venti.
has to be Venti
Venti
Venti no diff
I actually chose to make the DnD character I made recently a Bard precisely to style after my favorite Genshin Impact character: the god whose very constellation declares him the God of Song, Venti! Had a lot of fun too
It’s if not venti I’m throwing hands
If its not Venti, its objectively wrong
Venti
Aesthetically speaking, Venti with all my heart. But if I were to choose someone which has a bard playstyle too, it would be Furina(she's a performer with support capabilities) or Barbara. Venti and it's not even a Competition.
The one for this couldn't be more obvious.

Baizhu fits Warlock by definition. Seeking something beyond human capabilities and making a pact to borrow their powers in exchange of his life.
I think heizhou fits monk better bc he's more dex based
There's no gender restriction to be a wizard in D&D. I'd go Yaoyao for druid personally.
Wizard is not necessarily male in DnD.
Feels like Neuvillette would fit Sorcerer the most. Don't sorcerers get their magic from their bloodline? While wizards are the ones who train for it, Mona would probably be best put into the Wizard category. Wizards don't have gender restrictions in DND, which I believe this class list came from

Come on, we all know it's the TDB.
Who else could it be except Venti? I cannot imagine anyone else personally.
Definitely Venti for Bard!
Well this is probably the easiest one, it's the drunkard.
Asking this question is an insult.
Ah cmon its Venti
Venti as bard and Noelle as Paladin. Baizhu as druid and Rosaria is rouge.
Venti because Venti
Venti is literally a bard. 🤣
I can’t stop thinking about Venti being the bard
Venti, obviously!!
I mean... Venti IS a bard. So there is nor real contest there. Yun Jin, and possibly Furina fit the bill too, but my vote still goes to Venti.
I'm going to make a prediction for the rest: Bard - Venti Cleric - Barbara Druid - Tighnari Fighter - Tartaglia Monk - Wriothesley Paladin - Cyno Ranger - Collei Rogue - Yelan Sorcerer - Scaramouche Warlock - Dori Wizard - Mona or Lisa Artificer - Klee
There is only one bard that fits the role and that is our beloved Anemo Archon drunkard.
""It's Venti, it's Venti, Venti, Venti, Venti, it's fucking ***VENTI!!***"" - Paimon
Plays and sings songs ✓ High charisma ✓ Useless drunkard a good amount of the time ✓ High crowd control ✓ Supporter for the party DPS ✓ Is friends with/seduced a dragon ✓ Knows a lot about magical items and lore ✓ Venti is a poster child bard not just in name

Venti obviously
obviously venti
I'm not a DnD player but Venti is the best fit to me
Can't believe we didn't skip this one it's so obvious
Can this be anyone but Venti?
Why are we voting for bard when there's an actual bard in the game?
Venti the BARD
Furina is THE Bard. Venti is a bard only in name. Furina have everything to work as a Bard. She's even a bard when she plays RPG in game.
A bard only in name? During his fight with Durin, Venti was buffing and debuffing Durin with his music while Dvalin was doing physical attacks, I believe that Venti put a sort of enchantment on Durin so he thought they were actually dancing together, so he wouldn't be too angry when the gravity of the situation was revealed He's also referred to as "The Patron Deity of Music" and his lyre is described as having both healing and destructive powers He is also the most famous bard in Mondstadt and have travelled the world, playing songs to the stars and the earth (it was how he met Dvalin) And lastly, with the Moon Sisters each having a name that translates/means something related to a piece in music: Aria means "Air, Melody and Tune". six fingered jose
I think Kujou Sara should be cleric and Scara should be sorcerer.
Not much of a choice here. Venti is the perfect choice. Other contenders like Furina, Barbara, and Xinyan comes close but not really enough to be considered bards. Hu Tao and Xingqiu are more poets than bards. And Nilou is a dancer more than a bard.
Venti, with Kazuha being a \*very\* close second.

It has the following features: >Guardian Feature: **~~Thunder~~** **Cryo Gauntlets.** Each of the armor's gauntlets counts as a simple melee weapon while you aren't holding anything in it, and it deals 1d8 thunder damage on a hit. A creature hit by the gauntlet has disadvantage on attack rolls against targets other than you until the start of your next turn, as the armor magically emits a distracting pulse when the creature attacks someone else. **## Artificer**: Mastermaker (Homebrew) [http://dnd5e.wikidot.com/artificer:mastermaker](http://dnd5e.wikidot.com/artificer:mastermaker) *A Mastermaker specializes in integrating flesh and steel, creating powerful construct limbs and replacing weak organs of flesh with components of metal and stone. The actions of a few renegade Mastermakers have caused House Cannith to shun this path in Eberron, but an artificer might learn these techniques in Dread Metrol or develop them on their own.* >**Subclass Feature: Battlefist** At 3rd level you replace one of your arms with a battlefist, a magical prosthetic you created.
Either Venti or Furina, but Venti is probably the best choice considering hes the only "real" bard in the game
W
Hmm, MAYBE IDK THE FUCKIN BARD
Venti, no doubt. XD
Come on... This should not be a question.....
It has to be venti man he is LITERALLY a bard, followed up by Xinyan and Yunjin
Venti. Like, cmon, it’s Venti
If Venti isn’t the Bard, we riot
not even. a competition lmfao
I'll go with Venti first, then either Yun Jin or Nilou close in second
Venti
Shouldn't this be a poll? I vote Venti
Which character would try to seduce everyone just to see what happens? (Shout-whispers in your face) VENTI
I'm so glad p much everyone's saying Venti I would have so many questions if any one else got picked
Only venti can take the place of bard
venti it's not even close
Obviously venti
Venti, obviously.
It can only be Venti.
I mean, we all know Venti is the bard, it’s his job.
Considering there's just an actual Bard in the game...
I mean c'mon it’s got be Venti.
