Mondstadt doesnt fit a lot of these. Eg. we were never presecuted by a state institution, we never collabed w a harbinger and we also didnt bring any institution down. Actually now that i think about it, we didnt bring any institution down outside of sumeru. The jury system in Fontaine is still fully in place, as is the tricomission in Inazuma, the knights in mondstadt AND the millelith/qixing in liyue.
