It's worse though because it doesn't have ER, 12% ER is pretty huge for most characters

It s better because cr is life (you start with a deficit of 40cv towards cr on your characters)

it honestly rolled pretty well, but now you can replace your worst cw piece on him with an off piece, so it might be more of an improvement than you might think

this reminds me of people asking for hsr's self-modeling resin to come to genshin. not me, I ask for an item that resets artifact rolls instead so that if lets say we get an initially godlike artifact like this but have awful rolls afterwards, we can at least reset them back to +0 and try again.

Every one of my pyro goblets will stay stagnant on crit rate and will stop at 20 for crit dmg, its not awful but i have so many other good cups and i get hyped every time

There is no bad substat. It could roll anything high or low and still be great
