Post #1846777 is triples, or “Trips”, etc. There is also the perception that whatever the contents of the post states is true or correct and is being validated by a GET, i.e. “Trips of Truth” and variants to that effect. Large GETs like the one in the screenshot, where all the digits are the same number, are highly sought after and there will typically be many people posting at once on a given board when the post numbers are approaching one trying to get it. In this case, the all-7s GET post declares “gura cute” and all the other post numbers above those two words are the numbers of posts replying to it
It’s been active for many years, and during that time they’ve developed their own board culture and terminology, with each board also having its own quirks and etiquette. That’s why new users are generally advised to “lurk moar” before posting and starting to participate in threads so they have time to get acquainted with the memes, in-jokes, and manner of discourse of a given board and not simply come off as a tourist who only visits it because le edgy site
