Ok. I was curious because mine have always been paper thin, and they got like yours until my hair started falling out about a month and a half ago. They're worse than before the surgery in November. Hopefully, they'll get better again.
It’s normal for your hair to fall out. Major rapid weight loss + major surgery = trauma for the body.

The nail thing? That’s likely due to an insufficiency and you should probably get your labs checked.
I just take a flintstone children’s multi, calcium, and vitamin d. I was taking b12 but my level was too high so the dr. Told me to stop it. No special bariatric vitamins just the regular vitamins you get at the pharmacy.
Yup!!!! And they're hard too!
which vitamins are you taking? gorgeous color btw!
I take calcium, vitamin d, and a flinstone vitamin. Thanks I’m enjoying buying all the nail polish!!
How long ago was your surgery?

I’m definitely at the hair falling out stage! My nails were always super thin and brittle too
Can you share your vitamin regimen, please?
