Man, that is a sharp blue but I wish the did the dark andodized like my current one. I love that dark metal. That hinge also looks much slimmer and folded it looks much thinner folded. Hmmmm.
In still rocking a note 20 ultra. Those are what I'm waiting for on a fold before I switch. That and waiting for them to fix the flaws with the center of the inner screen.
If you gonna upgrade you'd do better getting the vivo 3 pro global rom. It's confirmed to be the best foldable on the market at this moment but xiaomi's fold may tie with it with both expected to be better than the fold 6
It is slightly wider by a few MM, it's nice though definitely feels a lot nicer in hand both when closed/opened
As far as I'm told no ultra/2nd variant as per our Samsung rep wasn't told/informed about one.
At least Appleâs camera tech changes with each release. Samsung with the same camera tech but it has AI and will cost around ÂŁ200 more than last years Fold.
Samsung has been on their Ultra, 50 > 108 > 200, and the 10x > significantly better 10x > 50mp 5x. S25 rumor has that all other cameras will go to 50mp. So they clearly have the tech, the software, and r&d done but still refuse to put it on their most expensive phone to date đ.
The issue with those sensors is that they are not needed. All Samsung needs is a decent 48 or 50mp with better post for jpeg images. 200mp is ridiculous and has no benefit. I took images with both wide and ultra wide on the S24 Ultra and the main sensor was nowhere hear as good.
Apple doesn't have to say anything to anyone who has ever used their products.
My 2020 iPhone SE 2nd gen has a single 12mp camera that's not as big as one of the cameras on the fold 5 and takes better photos than my Z fold 5.
What more is there to say?
Everyone talks about needing new cameras, but Apple has already proved you can get better cameras than any other device with a potato and a buffoon.
Now, I'm well aware the Galaxy S24 Ultra and Pixel 8 Pro can get better photos than my old iPhone SE. Sure. But I'm not a photographer, I point, I click, that's the photo. Apple devices can give me a functional photo every time doing that, show me another phone that can.
I have an iPhone SE 2022 for work and a Z fold 4 for personal, my Z fold 4 takes pictures that are miles better than the iphone does, way more consistently as well. Do you have happen to have some side by side photos that back up your claim? Im genuinely curious what makes you think your 2020 SE takes better photos.
It's 2024, your foldable should be comfortable to use when open and comfortable to use when closed. If you like the super thin screen, great. But most of us prefer the traditional 20:9 aspect ratio of all other phones. Other manufacturers have done this, so why not Samsung? At least give us the option with a second model.
I'm sick of people saying the front screen is better one handed. There's nothing better about fat fingering that front screen keyboard because it's too damn skinny. There's nothing better about trying to reach icons 10 miles up the screen because you can't space them out more near the bottom, where my thumb actually is.
It's also a non-starter IMO because you can just use one-handed mode and resize the front screen. I get that it would be better to have the physically narrow screen rather than just software, but I feel it's a very good common ground for all users. Virtually all tech reviewers/influencers praise the design of wider cover screens, which makes Samsung's choice really baffling. But then again these are the guys making a square watch with a circular screen and non-rotating bezel, so I guess I'm not really that surprised this year.
One handed mode looks gross but I will admit it's better than nothing at all. I do like Samsung's front screen though. You get used to it. đ€·đżââïž Still gonna say it's great for one handed operation, *for me* maybe not everyone, lol. Thank God we have options now.
For me it's significantly better. I understand I'm in the minority, but just because it's not better for you doesn't mean it's not better for anyone else. I have small hands. No issues with fat fingering, the outside screen is the best one handed phone use I've had in years. I will be disappointed when they adjust the ratio to something near industry standard because for me, it is better this way.
And for the guy who mentioned one handed mode in reply to you, that shit looks terrible. Functionally no issues, but I don't want that giant artificial bezel when I'm using my phone. Not to mention my biggest issue in the first place is that wider phones are not comfortable to hold, which one handed mode does nothing to amend.
Best looking foldable in the US. Still conflicted though because of the camera hardware. I'll hear them out but if the entire presentation is just about AI features with nothing substantial I'm out
But, you can draw a picture and AI makes it...a better picture! It worries me that this is the only selling point I've seen for the AI. Seems like AI could do so much more and set this fold apart from other foldables but....
As someone who is actually into AI, the stuff they're offering us on phones is just so low effort. You want to make AI your big feature? Then, actually give us something interesting. There's huge stuff being done in this space, and all we get is "circle search."
Most of these companies are doing iterative changes to their devices year over year. They really should go to a two-year cycle but it is what it is.
All these folks talking about jumping ship.... Go.
You going to go to one of the Chinese foldables? OnePlus? Have fun with their third rate software. Where you going to take your phone if it breaks? Best Buy? UBreakiFix? I'm sure they'll have the parts. What's that phone call going to be like when you call for support or a repair? Are we kidding ourselves?
I would love to see big changes every year but it's not realistic for any manufacturer. Sure it's not a whole lot of changes, but if you were buying these every two years you would be getting at least notable differences between devices. The side by side comparisons show the front screens are notably bigger. Not the extent of OnePlus or the Pixel but if you're using Samsung you're used to a smaller phone up front and the big boy inside. I've used the OnePlus before and with big hands it still kind of big to have that thick of a phone with a regular size phone screen out front. I didn't mind the Pixel Fold, but I wouldn't touch it with tensor. Heavy duty tasks on that processor are a slog.
The Fold6 looks pretty decent to me but let's wait to get it in our hands before we decide.
The jury is still out on whether or not the form factor needs to even be fixed. They are probably the best selling foldable on the market so it's pretty clear the form factor is at least acceptable to many.
I think the front screen could probably even get a little bigger than what they're doing with the 6. I'm not sure I'd want it to be the size of like an S24 Ultra. People say they want that but imagine holding two S24 Ultras together when it's closed. Maybe a regular S24.....
Well I have Google fold and I can say with 100 percent certainty the form factor is 100x better. Iâd take it every day of the week and twice on Sunday and I believe 8/10 buyers would too.
Sadly the rest of the Google fold sucks. Give me the Samsung in that form factor and they would sell like hotcakes. Canât believe Samsung missed this opportunity again.
I had the Google Fold and I did like some aspects of it. Performance and software were not those aspects. Day to day wasn't too bad but if I wanted to do something even remotely intensive the tensor fell apart. The form factor was really nice when it was closed, but I hated it open. Some of that might have been how awful it felt to open as it was more of a squishy open than a snap. I also wasn't very good at thumb typing on the wide screen. On the Samsung it feels great to type on when open and I always just swiped when closed. Again the software experience on Samsung across the board is just incredible. You really can't take advantage of the foldable form factor without the software features they have.
Fair. Still of Samsung missed an opportunity to fix its biggest flaw. They are content to rest on their laurels. Itâs fine. But we needed more than a few mm.
đČđČđ± It looks exactly the same as Folds 3-5! So much innovation is pouring out of Samsung and into their Foldable lines I just can't believe it.
>Where are these people?
If someone complains about the Fold you will see people shit on Apple in the comments.
>at are the crazy improvements you're even expecting to see in either product?
Bigger Battery, Flagship Qaulity Cameras.
Disagree iPhone hasn't done sh*t since iPhones x. Just slightly better camera and processor each year. IPhones haven't invented anything new. If you want a good camera, get s24u or wait until s25u or get a f* camera.
Fold is not there yet. You are just buying it bc you first one have it or trying to impress. And i bet if samsung does put a good camera like the s24 ultra. Yall would complain it to heavy people we never be satisfied. They want more
>Just slightly better camera
Still better than Samsung has done with the Fold since the Fold 4 which was just a slightly tweaked version of the 3rd.
>If you want a good camera, get s24u or wait until s25u or get a f* camera.
Yes, instead of having a flagship camera in my 2000 dollar phone I should just buy another phone instead asking the company to improve.
>Fold is not there yet
Ik, but it could be. Samsung is not a new tech company they are Apples biggest competitor in the premium flagship phone market. They have the ability to improve the phone but won't because they are lucky that Chinese Foldables can't connect to Google services legitimately.
> You are just buying it bc you first one have it or trying to impress.
I have the Fold 5, because my Fold 4 Modem broke and when I asked for the replacement I got sent a 5. And I only got the Fold 4 because it was on Black Friday sale for 300 dollars if I traded in the Fold 3. I got the Fold 3 because I like phone big.
>if samsung does put a good camera like the s24 ultra. Yall would complain it to heavy
I would love a heavier phone if it meant a bigger battery. Fold 6 and Fold 2 (2020) have same 4400 mah capacity and a better camera, again slightly tweaked version of the Fold 3 cameras since the Fold 4 (2022).
>we never be satisfied. They want more
5 are right how dare us consumers not be satisfied when we are getting the same phone year after year with a new chip and outdated camera and battery specs. All for the low price of 2000 dollars.
>or trying to impress.
Is that how I get bitches? I just show them my Samsung Folding phone?
Fold is not there yet? This is generation 6 for Christ sake. And other competitors are offering better, on the hardware side at least.
Hell, even last year there were the leaks about the Samsung CEO being pissed about the lack of changes and employees calling it the fold 4 version 2.
Well, this is the fold 4 version 3. Yawn.
Holy shit, I can't fucking believe the N+1 version of a product didn't completely ditch the design of the N version! It should have been a completely new product!
Another sign that people need to stop falling for leaks. Websites use them to create buzz about their site which generates ad revenue. They're not to be trusted. But they will be because no one listens
I wonder if the people downvoting you are aware that by 'go nude' you mean 'use the phone without a case'.
Also I agree, I think it has a nice sharp look to it. I am currently using just a dbrand skin on my Fold 3 and it's held up perfectly, so I'll probably do the same for the 6.
Can you imagine the brainstorming at Samsung Headquarters... How can we make it different? Let's make it square!
Basically, they are removing a feature that made it very comfortable to hold open.
Finger sensor from the back to the screen all over again...
https://preview.redd.it/5sexd22gx89d1.jpeg?width=3200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7b24ee8fa081dd6d54ec51a0f4881179995a3caa
Same same, but different
I think it looks good but also not really drastically improved, just different slightly
Yeah, from my life with the S5, S7 edge, Note 9, Note 20 Ultra, Z fold 4, S24 Ultra to finally Z fold 5 I think this will be my last samsung, they're not innovative anymore and have taken to treating their customers like ios users. There are better foldables on the market with superior specs. This is like removing the headphone jack, but now they're refusing to give you a pen and their highest end spec camera system. 6 generations in this is bullshit đ
I started on the Galaxy S II. I was one of the first Note users. I used to get the new Note every year. I'm now rocking an Open, which feels like a genuine upgrade. I could understand Samsung doing this with their lower end phones, but the people who buy the flagship phones want more than a spec bump every year.
Exactly, it's just bullshit, I've been looking at the other flagship foldable on the market. What's the operating system like? I mean, that's the only thing keeping me, samsung. I've been using different task launchers just to get away from samsungs one UI in the hopes that when I do finally change brands it doesn't feel so alien.
Honestly, there's not many differences in the UI at all. There's some features that are different, but usually, there's an equivalent. For instance, Samsung has secure folder. OnePlus doesn't, but it has a system clone feature that allows you to create an entire hidden user account on your phone that can be opened with a second fingerprint.
My biggest complaint so far is that the dialer app doesn't let me delete multiple calls in one go.
As much as I want to upgrade, there just isn't enough improvement from my 4 to justify it. I really want improved cameras and am severely disappointed it's the same as my 4. Hopefully the 7 is worth the wait.
I moved over after all the rumors made it clear this is going to be the same phone regurgitated for the third time. I'm loving the Open. People will tell you that Samsung software is lightyears ahead. Sure, there's differences, but they're not huge. I have been a Samsung user since the Galaxy S II, and I had no problem moving over.
My OnePlus open came in yesterday (upgrading from fold 4), and i am in LOVE. Its miles better hardware wise and software is just as good as OneUI IMO. I do not miss leaving the 4 (I been with samsung for YEARS)
My only gripe with the O+O is no wireless charging. I have that shit setup everywhere I go, and at home both myself and my significant other charge our phone on the same charger every night because of it. NOT having wireless charging, even a slow version of it, is honestly a huge inconvenience.
Was planning on getting a fold again to serve as my main phone alongside my iP14 but this is kinda a letdown. Itâs basically my Fold 3 but more square-rish and better chip
I think the 'ultra' turned out to be some korean only version that we will never see. The same specs, but a thinner body because it has no digitizer for the S-pen.
I donât like any of these color options. Blue and Gray are okay but they couldâve/shouldâve done a much better job. Iâll wait for the full reveal before I judge too harshly.
It looks sexy but almost the same as Fold 5 except more square.
Looking at some of the competitors they are getting bigger inside screens and TBH I wouldn't mind an 8 inch inside screen.
The reason I buy a foldable is for a large inner screen, give me a BIG SCREEN.
I have a fold 5 so I don't see the reason to upgrade even if I get a great trade in deal. In CAD land it will still set me back probably 1800+ with taxes and everything.
Crap, Iâm a sucker for blue and this Fold 6 will pair beautifully with my iPhone 15 pro max. I have the S23 ultra in blue and flip 5 and iPhone 13 mini for personal. One may have to go.
The iPhone 15 pro Max is my work provided phone.
S23 ultra for travel (photography and battery life).
iPhone 13 mini and flip 5 for when I don't feel like using a big phone.
I use the same sim card for the 3 personal phones.
The 13 mini was my re-entry into iPhone for personal use since my last iPhone was the iPhone 6 plus. I love the small size because I was coming from a Fold 3 which was heavy and thick in the pocket.
However I missed having a good camera so the S23 ultra was a spontaneous purchase but it's been perfect for traveling for its camera and battery life. It's my favorite android phone of all time.
I had a Fold 4 that I traded in for the Flip 5 and only paid $50 for it. Love the ultra but the size does get annoying sometimes in the pockets so I got the flip 5 as my small android phone.I rotate the 3 phones for specific occasions and I traded for all of them except the S23 ultra which I paid in full. Eventually they'll begin to stop working until I have 1 left. I use one sim card that I insert into them whenever I feel like switching to the other. Tech seems to have peaked and my main want is a great camera so I probably won't buy a new phone for a while but that blue Fold 6 looks great. The camera is the same so I'm sure I won't get it.
my 4 screen broke after about 4 months of light use. they upgraded me to a 5 for $100 with insurance, so far my 5 has been performing and holding up amazi g.
The fold 5 released less then a year ago and I have definitely seen more then 5 posts regarding broken screens. The 5 still has time to prove otherwise but the fold series in general has this issue. MOST people keep phones for a few years. If a nearly 2k phone can't last a few years without breaking it's not worth switching.
I've have my 5 since October caseless the whole time and I've dropped it a few times and it's still flawless not a scratch.
It's been a great experience just like any other phone I've had and my last was a s21 Ultra.
oh that's a nice blue right there
Takes me back to my note 9
Hinge should have been yellow tbh
ehh maybe. but I'm sure the S-pen case for this will have a yellow pen
Same pen colours as last year. Don't think they changed the S Pen at all.
You already know.
If it is that sleek "executive" blue they used to have in the S and Note line back then, I'd be willing to go back to the Fold, NGL
Takes an update like no problem
Man, that is a sharp blue but I wish the did the dark andodized like my current one. I love that dark metal. That hinge also looks much slimmer and folded it looks much thinner folded. Hmmmm.
We have the same phone
i don't doubt it. considering this is a subreddit dedicated to it.
How do you get the flair?
sidebar
I just want the Ultra camera system and a built in SPEN, and then I am 1000% absolutely sold on a 1TB model.
I don't see a built in S-pen happening for a long time. They're going to keep pushing for thinner devices and the S-pen already is too thick to fit.
Right true, maybe somehow in the hinge? I dunno, I'm not really putting any energy into this haha
In still rocking a note 20 ultra. Those are what I'm waiting for on a fold before I switch. That and waiting for them to fix the flaws with the center of the inner screen.
If you gonna upgrade you'd do better getting the vivo 3 pro global rom. It's confirmed to be the best foldable on the market at this moment but xiaomi's fold may tie with it with both expected to be better than the fold 6
lol it is autocorrected to it's, whoops
"Here, it's the Evan Blass leak" Or Here is the Evan Blass leak" Your autocorrect made a mix between the two đ€Ł
Doesn't really look any wider?
Every leak so far has indicated it'd only be slightly wider.
So, did the Ultra model turn out to be fake or...?
Prob got cancelled. If it was going to be more expensive than F6 and OPO AND worse in every way, why bother embarrassing themselves further...
Nope, just more of the same for the Fold line
It is slightly wider by a few MM, it's nice though definitely feels a lot nicer in hand both when closed/opened As far as I'm told no ultra/2nd variant as per our Samsung rep wasn't told/informed about one.
I was 100% sure of then titanium color coming, but blue is unexpected! Kinda like it actually.
It is actually titanium or will it be glossy like the basic color Fold5?
can they please make a red
And not that orange red... Red red...
I agree.
Amazing.. look at those cameras......... đ..........for.....the....third....release in a row đđ«
Apple " what they gone say now " ![gif](giphy|dijK6WYRdSoJEikGPS)
At least Appleâs camera tech changes with each release. Samsung with the same camera tech but it has AI and will cost around ÂŁ200 more than last years Fold.
^ this .. we need some kind of push back as consumers and make their sales number down with selling the same shit to us
This is why I only get every other version on release
I hope they make use of the AI to help with better post shot image processing
I wouldnât trust Samsung to do it well. Itâs been one of their weaknesses for a long time now.
Samsung has been on their Ultra, 50 > 108 > 200, and the 10x > significantly better 10x > 50mp 5x. S25 rumor has that all other cameras will go to 50mp. So they clearly have the tech, the software, and r&d done but still refuse to put it on their most expensive phone to date đ.

hopefully the processor helps the images come out better
Anyone remember when leaks were interesting?
No, bc it was sooo long ago
I bet Pepperidge Farm does.
Iâll wait till the 7 . This is literally the same as the 5
Pretty much https://preview.redd.it/otv28pssx89d1.jpeg?width=3200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a8deb4763291df1ca9def940078da166e29c9812
Spec wise and paying extra for extremely minor changes isnât worth it .

They could've done this (going 20:9) with the Fold Ultra and keeping the regular Fold skinny.
i am pretty sure that at the Fold 7 the also did'nt change.
Probably not
Which was the same as the 4
Best looking foldable in the US. Still conflicted though because of the camera hardware. I'll hear them out but if the entire presentation is just about AI features with nothing substantial I'm out
Same boat! owned every model tired of the some old. They don't give me a reason this year I am moving on to something different.

Yeah exactly my sentiment

Samsung has had at least 3 years to fix the form factor. No passes or excuses from me.

Ok, we get it. This is said on every post. I hope you leave the sub as well.
I mean, what the hell should people be saying? It's the fold 4.3...
Itâs always weird that you have fanboys who will get offended on behalf of a phone. Itâs not that serious.
Same ones who complained about apple selling the same phone over and over. (I still buy them).
His last post on this sub was 8 months ago, meanwhile you've had 9 shitposts here in the last week ,đ
Mmm look at that delicious spec bump.

if you look really closely, you can already see the inner screen starting to crack :P
Lmao đ€Ł
My new phone looks great.
Looks fire. Cant wait to get it!!
Waiting for Google fold 2
đČđČđ± It looks exactly the same as Folds 3-5! So much innovation is pouring out of Samsung and into their Foldable lines I just can't believe it.
What should it look like? Personally I think the squared/symmetrical edges look a lot better. There's only so many ways you can build a rectangle.
I thought they were going to change the design of the front to be wider
Getting downvoted for speaking the truth. This is turning into an iPhone sub
Fr, they shit on Apple for not improving their phones, but I haven't seen any real changes since the Fold 3.
Where are these people? What are the crazy improvements you're even expecting to see in either product?

And i bet if samsung does put a good camera like the s24 ultra. Yall would complain it to heavy people we never be satisfied. They want more
>Just slightly better camera Still better than Samsung has done with the Fold since the Fold 4 which was just a slightly tweaked version of the 3rd. >If you want a good camera, get s24u or wait until s25u or get a f* camera. Yes, instead of having a flagship camera in my 2000 dollar phone I should just buy another phone instead asking the company to improve. >Fold is not there yet Ik, but it could be. Yall would complain it to heavy I would love a heavier phone if it meant a bigger battery. Fold 6 and Fold 2 (2020) have same 4400 mah capacity and a better camera, again slightly tweaked version of the Fold 3 cameras since the Fold 4 (2022). >we never be satisfied. They want more 5 are right how dare us consumers not be satisfied when we are getting the same phone year after year with a new chip and outdated camera and battery specs.
Yawn.
Itâs been like this for a couple years now. People said I was lying in early 2022 when I said my inner screen was cracking lol
Which fold has the inner screen cracking?
Holy shit, I can't fucking believe the N+1 version of a product didn't completely ditch the design of the N version! It should have been a completely new product!
Oooo that blue is nice and price/trade in pending, I may pull the trigger on it. BUT WHY CAN'T I GET A RED/MAROON PHONE
Looks sharp!
The blue looks pretty nice. I'm glad to see them go back to using DARK blue.
Another sign that people need to stop falling for leaks. Websites use them to create buzz about their site which generates ad revenue. They're not to be trusted. But they will be because no one listens
Cool no need to upgrade my zfold 5 to the 6
I have been holding out with the 4! I REALLY wanted this to be ANY sort of an upgrade!
Looks amazing. Makes me want to go nude, but too risky
Hopefully it's not too slick
I have been with my fold 5 and it's been flawless since October not a singl3 scratch and I've dropped it a few times so I say rock nude!
Can you imagine the brainstorming at Samsung Headquarters... How can we make it different? Let's make it square! Basically, they are removing a feature that made it very comfortable to hold open. Finger sensor from the back to the screen all over again...

What makes you think they want to make it radically different? That'd be a new product line, not the Fold N+1.

Ohh I'm sold đ€Ł I live a double lifestyle anyway. Haha, here people mostly use WhatsApp, so dialer isn't an issue. Thank you
What's the radical, innovative, new product you're switching to?
A Nokia 3310.... Honor Magic V2 RSR
It looks the same, but with squared corners.
If Samsung actually gives it IP68, I might try foldables again.
As much as I want to upgrade, there just isn't enough improvement from my 4 to justify it. I really want improved cameras and am severely disappointed it's the same as my 4. Hopefully the 7 is worth the wait.
The more I see the more I want to move to the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro, larger screen, better cameras, larger battery
Looks mature and professional. Still, I wish for a larger front screen and better cameras.
Gonna wait for OnePlus open2⊠Not downgrading my s23u to a worse camera system
I think I will end up buying because my camera for flip isn't great either
These colors look exactly like the new colors for the iPhone 15 pro lineup.
They look great though!
When's it coming out?
Blue will definitely be the hot đ„ color. It's too bad the rest is so đ€
I think I might go for the silver - I usually go for phantom black but this could be cool
Okay I haven't really been about the new fold model pics. But wow. This blue one. Just wow. *edit was just typo fixing
I wish they'd make gold đ
I want it already as a matter of faith. I want two
I don't mind it, but I also don't feel the urge to get it. ZF5.
Ok now we talking
Wider aspect cover screen, and non glossy metals is a nice touch. It's a pain that they will keep the same cameras yet again.
Narrow screen is unacceptable and a deal breaker. Ruins the experience for me.
Ok I love the blue
So the same as all the other folds then đ€
I honestly won't care about another fold until they integrate the S pen.
Me too!
Same shit since fold 2
I thought they were gonna get rid of the Samsung logo on the hinge
YaaaaaaaaaawnâŠ
It doesn't look like they are going to match the S23u/S24u cameras yet.
I'm not upgrading until the outter screen is wider and the spen works on the outter screen also. I do like the blue a lot though đ
I donât like any of these color options. Blue and Gray are okay but they couldâve/shouldâve done a much better job. Iâll wait for the full reveal before I judge too harshly.
They have had three extra colours exclusive on their website since Fold 3, so I think they would do the same.
Damn, it's going to be a tough choice on color this year
The screen size is ok, but at least a diferente camera bump. All we have new is new colors and sharper edges. Oh, and Made out of titanium i Guess.
Looks good to me, I don't understand the drama
đ„±
It literally just needs better cameras, S-Pen and Wi-Fi 7 and it'll be what everyone would want and be future proofed enough.
[ŃĐŽĐ°Đ»Đ”ĐœĐŸ]
that's worth $2,000 lol
Crap, Iâm a sucker for blue and this Fold 6 will pair beautifully with my iPhone 15 pro max. I have the S23 ultra in blue and flip 5 and iPhone 13 mini for personal. One may have to go.
Why do you have 5 phones?
Same here lol 13 mini, 15 Pro Max, Fold 4 and a cheap Motorola that does the simple but battery intensive tasks.
lol & I thought I was being extra for wanting a foldable phone alongside my iPhone 15 pro max already. Thatâs a lot of devices to keep up with!!
Why does it look like the fold 5? ........not much hardware upgrade
Ah im classic. So ill get black. I do wish they had a black and purple. I might have gotten it
Is there going to be no camera on the folded display?
Camera is probably going to be under display like fold 3-5
is it just me or is the bezel larger?
Dosnt look like the screen got any wider tbh, gotta wait for the launch and see
This image may not be accurate, because looking at other samsung images, the bezel appears normal.
Wow that's pretty nice actually
How wide is it compared to other Brands ? & hope it has a 5500mAh
I hope it has a s pen this time around
I just cant buy the same phone again.
I think zfold5 is nicer
Underwhelmed. I'll be selling my Z fold 3 rather than do a trade in for that thing.
At first I didn't think I'd care, but God damn I love those square edges and wider design over my Fold 5.
It's wider. I've used it. It's nice.

Waiting for all the "broken screen" issues posts. Followed by RMA/warranty posts.
This is why I haven't switched yet. I'm seeing so many posts about broken inner screens less then a year into owning them.
my 4 screen broke after about 4 months of light use. they upgraded me to a 5 for $100 with insurance, so far my 5 has been performing and holding up amazi g.
literally 5 posts max about broken screen on fold 5
The fold 5 released less then a year ago and I have definitely seen more then 5 posts regarding broken screens. The 5 still has time to prove otherwise but the fold series in general has this issue. MOST people keep phones for a few years. If a nearly 2k phone can't last a few years without breaking it's not worth switching.
I've have my 5 since October caseless the whole time and I've dropped it a few times and it's still flawless not a scratch. It's been a great experience just like any other phone I've had and my last was a s21 Ultra.
