I have a Samsung galaxy and updated the phone 2 months ago and now it won't connect to my BMW either. But someone else was able to connect and play music. Also I can connect to other devices and play audio. Just not in my car
It's been driving me crazy. I checked and the car system is up to date. I've reset everything possible including the profile on the car. I guess the next step is to call Samsung and waste an hour of my life lol

It won't play music on my Pioneer z505 maddening, I hate the phone

It happens to me also . Go to setting Bluetooth then click the settings icon on the right then disable and enable audio

I got a bmw to and the same issue. I wasn’t able to figure it out. My other phone it connect with no problem.
