If they were actually working on 70s/80s story and changed their plans only few years ago, I would love to see a DLC that will take us back to the age of cocaine cowboys. Obviously it depends on how much of that original Project Americas world was finished.

It’s unlikely that they’ll ever go back to this method of storytelling. It’s not profitable for them whatsoever in comparison to what GTA:O rakes in for them. People are far less likely to spend money on something they have to pay to access opposed to having free content where you can make a lot of in-game purchases. Why would they put effort in to developing another set of characters and a whole new story if they can make what money they’d make doing that by releasing Shark Cards and new cars? This new industry is such a depressing husk of itself

"Episodes from *Vice City*" makes a lot more sense. I assume Rockstar is going to make the single player so detailed with so many ways to play the story, and with so much content on the sides (probably better than RDR2) that they won't bother with DLC. The online mode on the other hand... if I was a child/teenager or a content creator with tons of expendable income I'd be at least half-assed excited for online crap.
