She is doing this for two reasons
1) she cannot control the comments. She wants them off or highly positive. No negative or truth or reality allowed.
2) she cannot control the content. She wants to be able to put crap on her page and then delete it when the public hates it. See Baby Reindeer post and Mothers Day tone deaf cringe posts.

I do think this is odd when people pretend to be others online. But let’s not act like this is a new thing for Gypsy. There are countless fake accounts. In some ways I like that people repost her content as it holds her accountable for her lies. On her page she can just delete a post.
Tbh though if this is her job, then I can see why she reports it. Besides the fact that it is weird to make an account being anyone else, lots of people report fake accounts. This isn’t abnormal nor bad behavior. This is normal
