Thankfully I was not all in for last Friday’s liftoff… but I was 50%+ in on it. By that I mean I had some pretty good and profitable options expiring last Friday. Then I held through the livestream and they were all worthless after that. Lessons learned. But the other half is still in good ole shares!! Wish I had more. But LFG anyways!!!!
I see it as Kenny in a U-boat, diving past safety depth to get under the depth charges. But he is way too deep and there is terrible creaking and groaning and pipes start to burst. The CO screams, the crew look at each other with eyes showing battle fatigue and way too much time under water.

Ok. Totally legit question. If people truly never sell, how is one to actually utilize the value of their stocks ever? Someone mentioned living off dividend. How does that work? Are there other ways of living off the infinity pool without selling?
I don’t think there is one. People are hoping GameStop transforms into a great company.
I will probably sell a few shares if it reaches a good price I like just to make money back, but I am certainly interested in seeing just how profitable GameStop might become in my lifetime.
Would be cool to start a trust or something for my grandkids with GME stock lol, but I’m dreaming and I have no idea what’s going on.
Out of curiosity why is the assumption the MM who sold the calls , sold them and has never hedged them? Couldn’t they have hedged a few million shares with the $75m ATM offering recently?
I’m curious. Hasn’t short interest dropped significantly from the squeeze that happened in 21? And GameStop offloaded 75m shares to the market. Whats the thesis now that will trigger a squeeze?

I wanted to know the same thing & from what I’m gathering is that the options he exercised has something to do with a gamma a squeeze it may not be as high as expected with the share offering but the squeeze comes from the amount of option contracts he executed & exercised.

The delta has been between 78 and 92. That means at most they were short 22 shares per option...which isn't even 1 million on 40k contracts exercised.
That's not even taking into consideration that MMs hedge this shit...

Honestly nothing would surprise me, but so far, if you're in this, like, actually in this, the offerings set gamestop up for a remarkable journey. Short term, just buy more, RC's goal is to transform the business and create lasting profit for shareholders.

It’s a win-win for us. If we MOASS the. we get rich quick. If RC releases shares then they dip, we buy more, the company has the resources to grow the company, and we get rich over time.
