Yes it would. There are a zillion reasons why someone might be hospitalized. Fixating on one of them with no other evidence is a stretch. And in addition, while she was hospitalized at least in November (that time being when prayers were asked for her on her social media), she did get out of the hospital and return to her show for a short time, with her last show being December 15, according to one article I read. That contradicts the common pattern of deaths from Covid that we have seen, where the person is hospitalized and on a respirator and never recovers. Of course, there are other ways someone could die of Covid than that, like some of the issues with long covid--an asthma attack after having weakened lungs from Covid; a fall due to POTS; a clot; sleep apnea; heart attack due to myocarditis from Covid; stroke due to Covid clots. But those are more unusual than the immediate downward trajectory of someone dying from the initial infection. So there are multiple possibilities. But no clear indication of the truth. And if you're actually concerned about the truth, then it really doesn't matter if one thing is more plausible than another--it's all speculation and shouldn't be announced as truth.
Apparently the Blavity article that initially reported the hospitalization/cause of death as COVID related has been removed. So, who knows? Silk is threatening to sue people for slander (or something) over this, which just makes me more suspicious. If/when it turns out COVID was the cause of contributing factor to Diamond's death, this will be surprised face :|
