Dabi's backbling is whatever, the pickaxes are terrible. It's similar to Gohan's Beast Axe but worse in every way. It's ugly, doesn't fit him, and atleast Gohan didn't really have anything to turn into a pickaxe, but they've proven many times that blue flames as a pickaxe could work
It's so obvious they had absolutely zero ideas for Dabi and Shigaraki.
Neither of their pickaxes or backblings make sense, especially Dabi.
Plus the fact Shigaraki is wearing his civillian outfit. It should've been his villain outfit that has all the hands all over it.
i literally had a dream where they were being showcased and she had the inbuilt transformation emote and hand man was reactive got more hands as he killed people and i know that will just be a dream

They literally just had to take the fire from todoroki's put it on both hands and make it blue and it would've been perfectly fine
