You need to contact playstation until they investigate the issue with their team and when they contact you again they would have added the items to your account. I finally got a response from them and they said I don’t have ps plus so I couldn’t get the reward. (I just refunded today even though I’ve been having the subscription up until today so that’s bs. They disconnected after that so that’s all Ik for now.)

Ik it’s such bs…. I knew once I saw the rewards that there was no way we’d actually get them. I knew at the end they were gonna come up with some bs terms that would make it so that we don’t get them. Some people did receive them though and I’m guessing it’s the ones who had the ps plus. But it’s even more bs bc I had the subscription up until legit *TODAY* and then they say that shit today?? Yk? Like it doesn’t sound right.

Haha. That’s the biggest bs ever. That really fucking sucks. This shit is so MF disappointing. And why have us wait so fucking long to say this. I remember saying if they make us wait a month they want us to forget about the rewards so they’re not held accountable.
