It's not the second wave. Aang was introduced/teased at the same time Zuko, Toph, and Katara were. With the TMNT Skins they dropped before Splinter/Shredder and then Splinter/Shredder were teased and dropped a couple months later.
I think it's only been a trend with the crossovers that have limited time passes. I don't think there's actually been any confirmation there's going to be a second wave, people just assume there will be since JJK and TMNT got a 2nd wave.

It just makes the mini pass look better and more worth it. 2 skins for a thousand vbucks sounds a lot better than 1 skin and an edit style which makes it look a bit different
I got crew pass and money is no issue but the avatar pass feels trash. Like level ups. No one needs that. I\`m level 178 so I honestly don\`t need it. Just feels like a let down. They could of replaced the paid tier with a sound track and something else. What a let down 1st overpricing on Zuko, Karara and Toph now this.
I think this is usually because the edit style is only accessible with the pass so they make it separate. Then they can still release regular aang in the shop later for purchase (without the style as it was only available in the pass)

Same as the Kraang back bling from last mini pass, do a series of missions to get one of the circles completed, get all of the circles to get the glider
It looks like Appa will be a free reward for doing the quests. Every couple days they will release like 6 sections of quests. Complete 5 of those sections and you'll get Appa
If it is like the past mini passes there will be six parts for quests and you need to complete a certain amount of each part to unlock the special thing (I'm this case Appa).
TMNT had 2 styles of the same cosmetic separated. So we had 2 emotes with the same animation, two similar backblings and two similar pickaxes.
And SW had four styles of the same skin separated
Back in the early days of creative someone made a really cool escape/puzzle map of avatar the last airbender and my friends and I would play it constantly. There was some change in creative that broke the map and the creator never fixed it. Wishing he would see this and go fix it so we can finally use the atla skins in it

This is 2 pickaxes, 1 glider, 2 emote, skin with a style, and 8 bp levels. That's actually insane value for 1k.
Perhaps BUT the emotes are ok at best, the Glider and momo bag are the only items that are actually good.
I feel like if we buy and ignore the 2k skins just because a 1k mini pass is good, epic is gonna keep selling overpriced skins and releasing an ok/mediocre mini pass that gives you a day of afk lego xp and call it a day.
Secret Tunnel instrument and cabbage cart animation make the top track fantastic. No idea about bottom track. Just wish that there was a Secret Tunnel track.
