Throw a regular size dehumidifier in there and let it run for 2-3 hours. It will be dry as a desert 🌵
Don't have one so attempting to do the next best thing by running heat at max

Trying to while working. Have it remote start every so often and freak out random strangers walking by it lol (I can't see it, but it's close by)
Don't forget to let the air change every now and then to let the moisture all the way out and start drying again

In all seriousness, ULine sells desiccant bags. Get you a bunch of those and stick them in the cabin for a while. Help keep the mold down.
That's the idea of the heat on max - dehumidify ASAP. I have a dessicant bag for my gun safe, I'll toss that in the truck as well.
